Very happy - definitely would recommend
Very happy with our experience with Supreme. Great instructors (Francesco and Luca), who the children thought were great. Time spent to reinforce the basics which helped with progression, small group sizes help too.

Excellent tuition and fun too
Both my Grandsons had a wonderful time and progressed more quickly than we expected. The instructors were excellent and made the lessons fun. Small classes were good too.

Awesome! My 5 year old son was very happy overall and says wants to come back next year. I found the teachers very professional and really takes the time to answer all questions. I like the small group and flexibility of the class, it’s a huge plus !

Wow, amazing !!
Wow, where do I start! My son has just finished a week worth of lessons with Sabine. She was unbelievable, kind and caring to the children and I cannot believe how far she supported them to get to in a week. We are sad for the wee with Sabine to end but will be booking with supreme ski again in December !

5 stars for Vincenzo
We had lessons with Vincenzo who was amazing. Very patient with me as total beginner - I felt super safe. Also for giving my kids - who were excellent skiers - so much fun on the slopes. Especially the 10 year old who had the best time on the half pipe. Totally recommend and am very grateful. I would book again.

Private lessons in Avoriaz
We had 3 days of private lessons in Avoriaz as a family, 2 adults and 2 children aged 9 & 12. Our instructor Alessandro was brilliant and made it fun for everyone while managing us all at slightly different levels. The office were also very helpful with any queries i had. We will definatley be booking again for our next trip.

Great ski instructor in the resort
Great ski instructor in the resort. Mauro was great with both our children, they really enjoyed ski school and would have been happy to ski all day with him.
The admin side of the process could be improved a bit. The website has a page of FAQs regarding which lift pass you need but doesn't mention the resort we were in (Flaine). I'd called Supreme prior to departure and been told we needed beginners passes for day 1 but that was incorrect. Fortunately the passes were transferrable to the next day or we'd have wasted some money on them. Probably best to ask your instructor on the day what passes your child needs if they are beginners as some nursery slopes are free.
We also mentioned in the booking that one of our children has some minor additional needs but this information wasn't passed on to the instructor, so probably best tell the instructor yourself if you think some minor adjustments might be helpful.
Overall I'd use Supreme again for the small class sizes and the quality tuition but at this price point I'd expect the admin to run a bit better.

We’re also really pleased that you valued the small group sizes and quality of tuition, as these are such an important part of the experience we strive to provide.
We’re sorry for the confusion regarding the lift pass and apologise for the lack of information—this is something we’re actively addressing. We’re ensuring our FAQs are fully up to date over the summer, with all information for newer resorts, including Flaine, being clearly covered.
Thank you as well for highlighting the point about your child’s additional needs. From our admin side, we can see that notes were added to your booking, so we are currently reviewing our systems to understand why this information wasn’t passed through to the instructor as it should have been. We really appreciate you bringing this to our attention as it helps us improve.
Your feedback is incredibly valuable, and we’re always working to refine every part of the experience. We’re so pleased that, overall, you had a great week and would choose to ski with us again—we very much look forward to welcoming you back in the future.
