Review – 6-in-1 Hydro Facial Machine (SureBeauty)

I’ve only used the machine once so far. The suction is quite strong/sensitive, but I assume it’s something you get used to with practice.

The only issue I had was with one of the tips—the plastic was chipped, and it scratched the skin a bit, which was not ideal.

That said, I really want to highlight the customer service. It has been excellent. Shipping was fast, and they resolved an issue with the products I ordered within 24 hours. Alice was extremely attentive and handled everything with great professionalism.

I can’t give a full review of the machine yet due to limited use, but I can definitely speak highly of the service.

Their website states that all orders are delivered within 3-7 days which is an absolute lie. I placed my order over a week ago and can't get a response from them for a status update. They already charged my card the date the order was placed, I will likely be filing a fraud claim with the bank.

Fantastic equipment arrived within a couple of weeks. There was a bit of damage to the packaging from Air Canada, but nothing happened to the equipment. I sent photos to Sure Beauty just to let them know what happened and they were thankful that I documented just in case anything happens with the equipment down the road, but everything has gone amazing. I’m super happy and the machine does really good work easy to use and easily transportable and the extra parts and filters for suction were an added bonus and I have also bought the IPL laser hair removal and it seems to be working great and I definitely will be purchasing more from this company and excellent customer service. I must add, thank you so much.

It did take a lot longer than expected to receive the machine and customer service kept assuring it was on the way even though tracking said the item was delivered when it was not. Machine Works great!!!

Ordered the Surebeauty 808 Diode Laser. Never received. I communicated multiple times requesting an update and received no response. Finally, requested a refund. Purchased on my Amex I will place a dispute with them as well.

I’ve been using the machine for more then 3 months twice a week I even got certified and I still haven’t seen results, ( I am also a trainer and workout super regularly with a clean diet and i used it for the stubborn fat I had and cellulite, I got it because of all the good reviews but honestly it’s not worth it I’ve found better products elsewhere. Just be careful when purchasing

I’ve been using the Airstorm 30K S Shape Cavitation & RF with Facial EMS/EL RF machine from SureBeauty for about four months, and it has performed extremely well. I’ve seen great results with fat reduction and skin tightening, and the machine continues to work consistently with no issues.

The training videos are very helpful and easy to follow. Another big plus is that it was more affordable than Mychway without sacrificing quality or results. I was confident enough to refer a colleague to purchase this machine as well, and she loves it. Overall, this has been an excellent investment for my business.

I ordered the machine. It got to me in a little over a week, right after new years. The instructions on their site walk you through everything you need to know, as far as operation.

It works. It seems solid. I got a lot of tattoos to remove, pretty sure it’ll hold up .

Excellent customer service. Alice and Oran was my customer service sales people and they did a great job. Oran was very patient. We sent messages back-and-forth for over an hour. I wanted a 40k 360 cavitation machine and he was able to help me pick the best machine to fit my needs for the best price and was able to ship it same day and provide the FedEx tracking number. Also, I purchased from the US warehouse so shipping takes only 5 to 7 days. I will be leaving a additional review about the cavitation machine once I receive it this review is for the excellent customer service and fast email responses also for the fast shipping and tracking number. I had a great buying experience with Oran will definitely purchase again.

They were willing to answer any and all questions with personalized videos and emails over the course of a month. They truly want you to be happy with their products and are happy to help!!

It has been a complete mess dealing with Surebeauty. I placed an order on September 22nd, which was advertised to arrive by October 5th, but it took over a month longer to receive. Why advertise a product you don’t actually have in stock with a false delivery promise?
Surebeauty has shown no conscience about false advertising or misleading statements. They offer sham excuses and display a shocking lack of responsibility. Their website is filled with baseless claims that don’t reflect reality.
If you’re considering buying from them, don’t—or at least add another six weeks to whatever delivery time they advertise. A word of advice to the wise: they’re not worth your money or your anxiety.
