After many years as a customer, I am now treated like a pariah. Sure Holdings has in the past established several protocols but lately they dont seem to follow them any longer.. such as notification of payments for sales of wines. They used to require customers to fill-in a form to confirm where the funds would be sent but now they simply send the funds w/o even notifying me, the customer. And when I complain about this, I am labeled a trouble maker. The returns for the investments have also been poor but for us only to be told that we don't invest sufficiently on a regular basis. How can any sensible investor continue to pour funds into a portfolio that is not returning a decent profit. Most of the profits are eventually eaten up by the storage fees.
I have also recommended friends to join and they have left basically because of the latter reason. I am also in that process of exiting by selling all my wines.

We have reviewed your account.
We have responded to every email that you have sent us. you were disappointed because we could not hold onto your funds for your wine sales. Because of anti money laundering restrictions and holding onto clients funds for an unreasonable time frame suggests we are a bank. We do not operate like a bank and do not hold the license to keep funds on behalf of clients like a bank account.
In addition, your claims of making no returns on your portfolio are false. Here is a list of 13 wines in total which you have sold and received funds for. We have not shown the value in $$ of profit for your privacy in public but we have checked and there is good profit on the account after the wines you have sold.

When you put your Mouton 2005 for sale, we have matched a confirmed buyer for your wines in July. Our company policy is that you get paid after the buyer has collected the wines from the warehouse. This is a policy our company has followed since 2005.
However, due to an exceptionally hot summer, the buyer has decided to delay collection of the wines, as they want to avoid exposing the wines to high temperatures, which could ruin the wines.
I understand you were waiting for your wine sales funds and even when you reached out to me when I was battling Covid pneumonia, I still tried to give you updates and follow up with my warehouse and buyer.
My buyer then gave me the confirmation of the date they would collect the wines from our warehouse in September, and you were paid within 24 hours.
Painful as it is waiting for your wine sales funds, you were paid in full and you also made 9.5% returns from your wines invested with us. I am confident to say that you’re not cheated as you have proclaimed.

Over the last 8 years, I have found Sure Holdings Malaysia and its team reliable, trustworthy, responsible and always ready to support.
