If you want someone to teach you calmly, gives you that extra push and confidence and still allows you to go at your own pace. This is it. Surepass driving school is the place. I just passed

In 2016 I paid over £2k to surepass for driving instructor training.
The trainer kept going sick, and I completely lost my flow for my part 3 training.
After complaining to head office, they did nothing, and I parted ways with the company after the trainer would not take any more sessions as apparently my complaint caused stress to him.
The company never refunded me or offered a solution.
The post is going up now as I see the company is still trading and offering packages less for what I paid for years ago.

My daughter passed her test first time on 6th March. Her instructor was Mark Hawtin in the Northampton area. We couldn’t have asked for a better instructor. Mark was reliable, patient, calm, encouraging, reassuring and knew exactly how to get the best out of her. She really enjoyed her lessons and became a confident, safe driver. On test day she was so well prepared and Mark kept her grounded, calm and confident. I highly recommend Mark and more importantly, so would my daughter.

Mark was exactly the instructor my daughter Emma needed, being so calm, patient and supportive while really making her feel like he cared not only about her passing her test but that she would become a good, safe and confident driver. Thank you Mark!

My daughter Isobel was instructed bu Surepass Mark Northampton for her manual driving test. She loved the experience and passed first time. I would highly recommend Mark as your driving instuctor.

I can’t thank Will Berkley enough. He is a brilliant instructor, would recommend him to anyone, very patient and supportive. After not driving for a few years I finally passed today.

Passed today ! Alan was truly amazing and I couldn’t have wished for a better instructor, always giving me motivation to keep going. I looked forward to every lesson and now feel confident to drive alone with the skills i’ve been taught! thank you !!!!!

I passed my test with Janine Anderson as my instructor. She is extremely kind and was always patient with me even when I kept making mistakes and always reassured me that I had the confidence and skill to pass my test. Thanks Janine.

She is an amazing instructor when I felt like giving up she always pushed me to not give up and didnt let me crush my dreams of passing due to a few hiccups, she was so supportive throughout my lessons and even after I passed, we talked about my dreams of driving and how much it would change my family's life and she made that possible. I wouldn't be where I am now if it wasnt for her, I highly highly recommend surepass and even more so janine, I only had 5 and a half months worth of lessons and id do it all again, thankyou to janine and to surepass 🥰

All round great experience. My instructor Dan helped loads with my nerves and keeping my confidence up. First time pass with one minor! Big ups to Dan!

Just passed my test today, my instructor Will Berkley has been brilliant from lesson one, a very calming and helpful presence to have when you are learning to drive. Always looking to give extra little pieces of information to help you become an even better driver.

I passed first time after 7 months of learning with Alan! He is an amazing instructor - really patient, supportive and explains everything clearly. He always made me feel calm and confident behind the wheel. Highly recommend Alan to anyone wanting to learn how to drive!!!

Just passed on a 30 hour course, never drove a car before but Dan the man (Dan wood) pulled us through haha, couldn’t be happier :)

My daughter received lessons from Mark Hawtin from October 25 to February 26 and has just passed her test first time! Mark is a very knowledgeable, patient instructor with a great sense of humour! He is fab with shy and nervous drivers and helped my daughter feel completely at ease during her lessons. He was flexible around her busy schedule to fit lessons in that suited us and ensured she was well prepared in the lead up to test day. We can't thank him enough and would highly recommend Mark and the Surepass driving school :-) We have been passing Marks details to all her friends and would definitely use Mark again when our son is old enough to drive.

Curtis is an amazing driving instructor I definitely recommend him for anyone learning to drive. He is very calm and explains everything very well. I had a great time learning with him as well as one of my colleagues who also passed with him. He really helped build my confidence on the road and I’m ready to drive by myself now !
