Terrible shipping. Not BBB certified. Ordered last week. Still not here. Was told all week since Monday shipment was late (today is Friday)....no update. Not even in my city yet.

Returns are a fight.
The first order was way too small. It was returned and I received credit for the purchase excluding shipping.
The second order was somehow doubled by the company. I received 2 orders of the same thing with different order numbers. After 6 or 7 emails, I finally gave up trying to get a refund of the correct order returned.
The phone number listed does not go to Sure Stride.
I would never buy from this company again. They tried to get me to keep the first order in exchange for 30% of what I paid. Why would I want to keep something that doesn't fit????
