Booked over 30 meetings this quarter from Surf Digital, highly recommend

We’ve had a good experience with Surf Digital. In the last couple of months we booked over 20 meetings and closed 3 deals. The process has been straightforward and the results speak for themselves.

I’ve been working with Surf Digital for just over a year now and the experience has been very positive. Their process is consistent, communication is clear, and once they understood our industry the results started coming in steadily. Overall, it’s been smooth and reliable working with them.

Surf Digital made the whole process of cold outreach so much easier than we expected. They came in with a system that was already proven, and because they understood our niche, there was no long learning curve. Within a short time we were booking conversations with exactly the kind of clients we’d been wanting to reach. It felt less like outsourcing and more like plugging in a growth engine that just worked.

​​We started collaborating with Thomas from Surf Digital based on his promise that he would target prospects using our ICP. Before starting, he assured us we were a good fit for his services and claimed extensive experience (and success) working with other agencies.

A handful of leads came in but failed to match our ICP, wasting time and resources. Despite our best efforts to work with Thomas, he became stubborn and reluctant to engage in productive conversations about improving the collaboration and results. While he acknowledged things weren't going as expected, the situation only deteriorated.

It got worse until he completely ghosted us without a proper resolution. We've had zero meetings booked since we started working with Thomas over two months ago. Thomas has maintained radio silence for weeks now without any proper response. Given this very negative experience, I would advise everyone to stay far away from Surf Digital.
