Szybki termin realizacji zamówienia, świetny design oraz dobra jakość materiałów

Surf Inc were helpful and understanding when I needed to have my package reshipped by DHL.

Das positive vorweg: Die Kleidung ist wunderschön und Qualität der Produkte ist sehr gut!
Leider stimmen die Größenangaben mit den Bildern nicht überein (Bsp. Model ist 168cm und trägt S). Daran habe ich mich jetzt schon zweimal gehalten, um anhand meiner eigenen Größe die Länge der Shirts zu bestimmen aber leider stimmten die Angabe mit der Realität nicht überein- die Shirts waren viel kürzer und ich bin kleiner als die Models. Da ich mir den Kauf sehr gut überlegt habe und man die Rücksendung selbst bezahlt ist das sehr schade.

No response from customer service. 2 emails thus far and nothing. Their Instagram also does not respond to questions. My returns is missing and they're ghosting.

Still nothing from customer service and returns still has not been processed. Honestly, avoid this company if you value customer support. Even when I recieved the item too small for me, I tried to contact support to arrange an exchange but I was also ignored then.

Finally my refund is processed. 14 days from the date of postage, no word from customer service. Thank goodness, I'm done with this company.

Edit: in response to the company - i sent this package from Belgium, not outside the EU. Furthermore, this does excuse your non-existent customer service. You are not reachable by email which is your ONLY form of contact. Horrendous.

Bardzo szybka dostawa, interesujące promocje ale najważniejsze, że bluzy które zakupiłam są świetnej jakości, miękkie i ciepłe, dokładnie uszyte i w przystępnej cenie. Również zwrot został przeprocesowany ekspresowo i zamówiłam odpowiedni dla siebie rozmiar. Będę zaglądać częściej.

Świetne ubrania ,świetny kroj i bardzo dobra jakość. Mam już kilka ubrań zakupionych bardzo dawno temu i ciągle wyglądają rewelacyjnie.

Ich habe schon mehrmals Kleidung bei Surf Inc. bestellt und bin sehr zufrieden. Die Kleidung zeichnet sich durch hervorragende Qualität und schnelle Lieferung aus. Ich trage die bestellten Kleidungsstücke oft, da sie sich vielseitig kombinieren lassen und sehr bequem sind. Ich bin rundum zufrieden und kann Surf Inc. uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Furchtbarer Schnitt!
Habe Size XL bestellt (bei 192m und 95kg, sportlich fit).
Auf der Website sieht das Shirt nach relaxten Schnitt aus und es steht sogar „eine Größe kleiner bestellen“.
Aber das Shirt ist total eng und kurz.

Rückgabe hat gut funktioniert und die Kommunikation war sehr angenehm und freundlich!
