I have no idea why we pay these guys

I have no idea why we pay these guys, they are the nearly useless. They make everything more complicated than it needs to be so they can charge to resolve 'issues' a 12 year old could fix. They bring incredibly little knowledge to the organisation - imagine long screen share sessions while some rude indifferent person looks up how to set up an email; or receiving notifications of quarantined client enquiries and having to write multiple emails to get it released - in the meantime the client has gone elsewhere. Purposely posted anonymously.

IT services

We made the decision to move to Surftech IT at the beginning of this year and Matt has been so accommodating and helpful, offering 12 month contract, whereas previous provider tied us in for 3 years and made it difficult to leave. There has been a fast response to IT helpdesk queries and a smooth set up of new staff. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Matt and his team.
