This website service is a scam. I was charged over 70 dollars for a “membership” for buying a product the man assisting me claimed they didn’t sell then denied how many times I had been charged. The account made will not let you access it while continuing to charge you for various things. Also never got the product I ordered. I hope Im able to get my FULL refund.

They did not cancel my membership as requested and continued to charge my cc even after I gave email confirmation saying they would cancel and not charge it any longer.

Ordered and yet to receive not one product just an email about refunding me for reason I have 🤷‍♀️ no idea

Refunding me back

Well I went to pay for school supplies and the page transfered me here. They compensated me on the charge and the man on the phone was super polite

They quickly resolved my issue and hopefully the money gets credited back to my account

Not that great because I had to struggle to get them to refund my entire money. At first they were hesitate to offer me other way around but I kept telling them to pay me back because I never did sign up for their products. At the end they finally refunded fully.

The problem is being resolved I think. Saint was a understanding person and listen to my concerns.

The process to get my refund has been quite tedious , I’ve asked for it in other form of method but” Diamond “ the escalation representative seems to have bypassed every resolution. I’ve explain the logical thing would be to either gift card or have another account and routing number to give . Instead ithe email said “ credit refunded “ refunded do what is what I’ve explained several times . I’ll reach out again but this experience is horrible and i dont Recommend them to anyone . Also this is what i submitted And it clearly was bypassed

This was there response . After no information was gathered about my new credit card information or credit being applied .

Again very bias and bypassed everything in which I’ve stated

I was scammed by a Tik tok shop that used this app and I talked to them about it and they fixed the situation up in 20 minutes. Thanks to Jamal

Horrible wont credit unless i do a review when i didnt even sign up n someone tried to use my information to buy a subscription
