Survey Network レビュー

Fantastic friendly service. Survey results received the same day of the survey and a fantastic phone call from the surveyor to talk through all the findings. Really clear drone photos showing the roof. Glad I went with Survey Network. Highly recommend.

Dealt with Marney and Paul.
Survey booked on the Friday, attended Monday, results within 10 days. All trackable on their site.
Well priced, friendly, helpful, professional (for the most part!).
Would recommend, something that could be stressful made simple.

Thank you Paul , did a great job very happy with his service and help. Highly recommend Paul .

Zoe has been fantastic. The initial appointment was booked in quickly and handled professionally. The report was issued well within the timescales provided.
We ended up needing an extension which was provided within a couple of days.

Paul conducted a thorough survey of the house we are interested in, clearly highlighting issues that might need attention.

I have used Survey Network personally and also recommend them to our clients. They are excellent at what they do. Very thorough reporting, friendly and approachable staff and they give very trustworthy advice. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Survey Network again and our clients are always very satisfied with their experience too.

We used survey network recently and I found the experience brilliant. Excellent communication throughout and the surveyor was not only knowledgeable but was also easily contactable to discuss. Would 100% recommend.

I've been an estate agent for 15 years and have worked with many surveying companies over that time. Survey Network consistently stands out for their professionalism, responsiveness and excellent service.

My clients have always been very happy with the surveys they provide, and the team is quick to respond to enquiries. They also often have availability at short notice, which is invaluable when trying to keep property transactions moving.

I have no hesitation in recommending Survey Network and will continue referring my clients to them.

I am an estate agent and Survey Network are the surveyors I recommend. They are of course amazing at what they do. They look after my clients (both the buyers I recommend to them and also the sellers when they visit their homes for the inspection). What I love most is that SN explain any defects to the buyers in a pragmatic way. They are problem solvers, not surveyors that encourage buyers to pull out or run for the hills. They’re a great firm and I’m enjoying watching their expansion and rise in presence!

I work as an agent and recommend these guys to both buyers and sellers. A great business with a professional, pragmatic and customer centric attitude.

A seamless service was provided by Luke from receiving the quote through to the report. We had the drone service which ensured a thorough survey. The report was very detailed and reassured us that our purchase involved no nasty surprises.
Excellent value - definitely recommend.

We employed Survey Network for our recent house survey Ollie was absolutely brilliant he provided detailed information which was clear and helpful. No detail was overlooked, he was very experienced and efficient and took time to explain everything on the phone. We were highly impressed with him and the company. The service provided by the team at Network Survey was excellent and we would not hesitate in highly recommending them.

As a first time buyer Zoe made the process so much easier! She went through the report with me in detail and put my mind at ease. Fantastic service from start to finish from everyone involved. Thank you all!
