Últimamente solo mandan encuestas no son válidas, ha pasado de ser una aplicacion para rellenar encuestas a una aplicacion de spam.

Hemos revisado tu cuenta y podemos confirmar que **recibes acreditaciones de forma regular**, tal como se refleja en tu historial de transacciones.
También nos gustaría señalar que no hemos recibido contactos recientes por tu parte reportando problemas específicos, a pesar de que siempre animamos a los usuarios a escribirnos directamente para poder investigar y ayudar en cada caso.
En cuanto a las encuestas no válidas, es importante aclarar que todas incluyen un proceso de selección (screening). Si en ocasiones no calificas, significa que tu perfil no coincide con los criterios que busca el cliente en ese momento — esto es parte normal del funcionamiento de este tipo de plataformas.
Si experimentas algún problema concreto, estaremos encantados de revisarlo si nos proporcionas más detalles.

The site is rather a con - if you are a registered American subscriber - you can get surveys up to $3 rewards for 15min surveys- however if you are say from South Africa - you get $0,11c survey's for 30 min work - yes we accept that Survey pronto are not interested in replying honestly to this issue- just think at $0,11 or $0,19 at 20 to 30+min how lang it takes to make just $5 dollars a month

Reward amounts can vary based on many factors, including region, target audience, and the specific requirements of each study.
Some markets may indeed have access to higher-paying surveys more frequently, while others may receive lower-value opportunities — this reflects demand from clients rather than unequal treatment by our platform.
We also always indicate rewards as “up to” a certain amount, as the final compensation depends on qualification and the specific survey path.
That said, new surveys are added regularly, and qualifying for the right ones can improve your overall earnings over time.

Siamo felici che apprezzi la disponibilità di molti questionari e la velocità dei pagamenti tramite PayPal. Come hai giustamente notato, può capitare di essere esclusi da alcune indagini: questo fa parte del normale processo di selezione, poiché ogni sondaggio cerca profili molto specifici.
Ci fa piacere sapere che, nonostante questo, riesci a raggiungere il pagamento senza troppe difficoltà.

Très mauvais panel
Très mauvais panel, fait semblant de proposer des enquêtes à 1 euro, voire plus... Mais, vous gagnez 1 cent par enquête, c'est la triste vérité. Il faut 30 euros pour avoir un possible gain ! Lorsque vous approchez après des mois et des mois de ladite somme, vous ne gagnez plus que des 1 cent, une honte ce panel, passez votre chemin.... Et je pèse mes mots. On devrait interdire ce genre de panel en France...

Nous souhaitons apporter quelques précisions importantes afin d’éviter toute confusion.
Tout d’abord, les récompenses sur SurveyPronto sont indiquées en **dollars (USD)** et non en euros — cette information est clairement mentionnée sur notre site.
Ensuite, les invitations aux enquêtes indiquent toujours un montant **“jusqu’à X $”** (par exemple “jusqu’à 0,95 $”). Cela signifie que la récompense dépend du profil recherché par le client et de la qualification du participant. Il est donc normal que toutes les enquêtes ne rapportent pas le montant maximum.
Par ailleurs, après vérification de votre compte, nous constatons que vous avez bien été crédité à de nombreuses reprises, y compris pour des tentatives d’enquêtes, et ce de manière très régulière — presque quotidienne.
Nous comprenons que le fonctionnement des enquêtes (notamment les phases de sélection) puisse être frustrant, mais il est important de souligner que les informations mentionnées dans votre avis ne reflètent pas fidèlement le fonctionnement réel de la plateforme.
Nous restons bien entendu disponibles via notre support si vous souhaitez obtenir des éclaircissements supplémentaires.

Total waste of time. Frequent screen outs or errors, often at the end of the survey. Incentives are total joke.

Screening questions are a standard part of all legitimate survey platforms. Research studies look for very specific participant profiles, so it is normal that not every user qualifies for every survey.
In some cases, disqualification can also happen later in a survey if the system detects very fast completion times, inconsistent answers, or responses that do not meet the quality requirements set by the research client. These quality checks are necessary to ensure the validity of the research data.
If you experienced technical errors or believe you were screened out unfairly, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team with a short description of the issue, along with screenshots and any relevant details. This allows us to review the case and communicate with the research provider. When possible, we do our best to help resolve the issue and request appropriate compensation from the client.
We appreciate your feedback and are always working to improve the experience for our users.
