The main reason I really like this app is the wide variety of topics available for surveys. Some surveys take only a few minutes, and the payment for them is credited instantly. This app gives me a great opportunity to earn money in my spare time.
While not all surveys were a good fit for me, I was able to complete many. Sometimes surveys would end abruptly, which was a bit disappointing. But overall, it is a good experience. If you are looking to earn a little extra cash in your free time, you should definitely try this app."

I love survey's on the go the great to make money and have your opinion heard also I had a technical issue and surveys on the go was fast to respond and they made it right survey's on the go is the best survey app around I love it and I recommend it to anyone who love's to make money they get 5 stars from me.

Do yourself a favor and stay away they will do anything in their power to either disqualify you or if they send you someplace they will find every little punctuation and tiny little things so they don't have to pay you it has happened to me many many times well I'm not wasting my gas and time to go participate to never get paid

Had for 3 years and this is the first time these were no surveys for 4 days now

So I've been on SOTG for over a year now, my status on the app says 6 month which I'm clearly past (My birthday which I was at 6 months they randomly closed my account staying my information had changed, well duh both myself and my son were older and I had more income! Had to prove that ans start over) then they wrote to me telling me something was wrong and had to start over again and I've been stuck at 6 months! I never qualify for products! I've done tons of in store surveys and at the submit time something goes wrong every time! They used to compensate! I have to email to complain and I get so so many excuses! This new format, still nothing. I have one that every single time, I've counted and I'm at 40x they never need my 6yr old boy! Just today and this is about the 10th time in total, all 3 boys, they ask for their name and kick me! I have screen shots and they blame everything including me, saying I'm using some app to fill them out. I wish I could see my old support messages because what they blamed me for was so absolutely ridiculous I wanted to give up but I truly did enjoy their surveys. Now I can barely make $1 a day! They give me ones for stores that aren't even in my area and don't tell me till after I've agreed! The location ones, I get them after I've left and I mean miles and miles away! One time I had 6 of them all $5 and up and didn't qualify for a single one! I used to try products almost monthly, haven't had one since "the glitch". Took a survey for over an hour the other day and I got "sorry" system error. I wish they'd go back to the way it was before! Entertainment ones, I watch all new shows but reality ones and I qualify but I'll be kicked out at least 3x before I can finally finish! There's also one about new movies/shows if ive heard of them and if ill watch. Never finished one of those! These so called gigs are garbage as well. I wish they listened like before! One of the times was an energy drink in store took me 45 mins, nothing! I even wrote as soon as I left because the submit was loading. Then this toilet paper one i had to record myself sniffing the new angel soft scented toilet paper, I hit submit and I sat in that store for 30 mins, same spot to, was told it was my fault. I did one back before the change at a store, target, twice in the same day, hit submit and nothing! I hate wasting my time ans showing screen shots of my progress and being told it's my fault everything. I wish we had better compensation and to not be blamed. I'm doing what I'm told and I get nowhere. I truly miss my product reviews and not having issues with my boys ages and names! I have my location on at all times and I was super busy the middle of last month, running all over the place and I didn't receive a single survey! There's been so many issues that I'd have to see my old support messages but I get this phone one alot for like $6 and $12. never get to finish. Super frustrating!!

I can see from the state of their status on this site that surveys on the go does not care about their image online, and it shows. I recently uninstalled the app leaving $5 and change in my account because its a piece of garbage in a hundred different ways with support that is also trash. I now don't feel the need to go into details since their rating already sucks here. I got suckerd in through a TikTok ad and made a few bucks, but its far from the best option for what it is, and its not worth your time because you will end up frustrated and missing money you're supposed to get.

I don’t recommend I took a survey and I finished the whole survey and never paid me. What a waste of time.

I have no other option but to report the app to Google again since you guys have refused to fix the app and fix other issues like app loading, app crashes I have no other option but to report the app again to Google it's getting absolutely ridiculous

Most people are complaining about it not paying the nickel when you don't qualify for a survey. It used to pay $.10 when you didn't qualify. They dropped it to $.05. Now they got rid of that. You can easily spend 30 minutes answering questions in a survey but still get kicked out saying you don't qualify and you get nothing for your time.

I got a survey to test a product. I went through both phases. I provided my feedback. I got to the last question and it kicked me out saying they got enough responses. It's a scam. They accepted my feedback after testing, then said the survey was full as if I wasn't already accepted into the survey and had gone through the entire process. I got absolutely nothing for my time. I have no idea what I even tested. Thankfully there was no problem.

If you have money sitting in your account, I suggest you claim it before this site folds. I doubt it will be long before they shut it down due to lack of participation.

This app is a scam. They have removed the 5 cent compensation for when you don’t qualify, and replaced it with a scratch card where you might get a 10 cent prize but only about 1/5 of the time IF THAT! Not to mention, it now asks you multiple questions to screen you (the same, over and over and OVER) and you rarely ever qualify no matter what your answers are or how slowly you read. I logged in today and now there are like 20 opportunities posted but the 50 cent reward surveys just keep looping you through surveys and you never get to an end to get paid. The weekly giveaways, I have no idea who is winning those because in over a year of being a member I have won NOTHING from those. I went from making easily $10 a week, which isn’t even much, to struggling to scrape together $1. Complete waste of time if you aren’t lucky to get a product diary survey. Even those are kicking people back as ineligible much, MUCH more than before. Don’t waste your time.

I’ve been using the app for 5 years, and I loved it until they recently switched to the new format. The 7 questions is annoying, the stupid play to win instead of getting paid a flipping nickel for not meeting survey requirements is beyond scammy and the game coin stuff should just be a whole other app. This app is made for companies to determine if their advertising works or to have feedback on testing products, yet now it’s gamified and for the purpose the app serves, it should have never been changed.

SOTG used to be my favorite survey app. I could leave my opinion and get interesting surveys. NOW, it's become more like a gaming casino. No consistency at all, just luck of the draw now. Scratch cards instead of not qualified pay, bonus gigs that are impossible to earn. It's not about opinions anymore, just gaming!!

WELL I USE TO LOVE THIS APP BUT A FEW DAYS AGO I COMPLETED TWO OF THE TASK ON ONE OF THE GAMES YOU CAN PLAY TO EARN EXTRA CASH AND THE PLATFORM DIDNT GET ME MY CREDIT I HAD TO FIGHT WITH THEM FOR TWO DAYS TO GET THE CREDIT I EARNED AND WHEN I FINALLY GOT IT I REDEEMED MY REWARDS TO MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT AND THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER SENT ME MY MONEY!!! I MESSAGED THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE PORTAL AND GOT NO RESPONSE FOR AT LEAST 12 HOURS AND WHEN I GOT NO RESPONSE I EVENTUALLY GOT SO FRUSTRATED A LITTLE ANGER AND PROFANITY CAME OUT AND NEXT THING I KNEW THEY WERE CLOSING MY ACCOUNT DOWN BECAUSE I USED PROFANITY SMFGDH! THEY SAID THEY WOULD STILL HELP ME GET MY MONEY AND MY MONEY WAS SENT AND IN PENDING STATUS AND I NEEDED YO CONTACT PAYPAL TO FIX THE ISSUE AND I CONTACT PAYPAL AND THEY NEVER EVEN ONCE SENT THE MONEY FOR IT TO BE IN PENDING STATUS!!!! WILL BE TAKING A LITTLE LEGAL ADVICE ON THIS SITUATION ITD BE A SHAME TO PAY A WHOLE BUNCH OF LEGAL FEES OR EVEN A SETTLEMENT FOR A MEASLY $79 AND SOME CHANGE!! I DEFINITELY 1000000000% DO NOT AND I REPEAT I DO NOT RECOMMEND WAISTING YOUR TIME WITH THESE SCAMMERS

This app it’s garbage now. When you didn’t qualify for a survey it would credit you 0.05 cents and now you don’t get non you would get a scratch card like a lotto ticket but guess what? You don’t get anything off it.

They sent me to Walmart to do an instore survey. Couldn't open survey until I was in the store. Followed the instructions AND reviewed pic & video I uploaded. Informed survey was rejected. I wrote to support to ascertain why. Received canned response i'd get a reply in 24-48 hours. 24 hours after the 48 hours, I still havent heard anything. Worse yet, they know ignore me.

It's dead wrong to have someone waste their resources and time!

I never made much on here but it's hiw dedicated a person is & the time they want to out in it and when I did take the time, I made the money I needed. And I still do. I think this platform is the best one I've used thus far. Although it does take some time to receive the rewards, with a $10 minimum to cash out, they are very reliable & there's plenty of opportunity. Just want to thank them & give them a thumbs up! Definitely would recommend this platform!

I completed two surveys on 07/02/2024 and 07/12/2024 one is for $2 and the other is for $1.50 and I want to know is there any reason why it is not been posted to my account because I will write a review on these issue. It is not fair that I spend my time doing these surveys and to post it in my account is a problem. I have never seen a survey that takes this long to post on people's accounts, you people just do your job when you feel like it. That is bad business. Please do not do a survey for this site because it take them 5days to one week to check one survey so you will be cashing out your $10 on a monthly basis, the minimum cash out is $10 and you can only cash out once a week.
Please your time is not worth it, save your time.

Surveys On the Go Honest- Review is an OK App.. This company has no Rude or Strict Admins . That will ban you for making to much money on there sites or for little to no reasons at all.

I recommend every one to leave Survey platforms that pay out very little . Who will ban you for little to no Reason .who have ridicules Community guide line rules which makes it impossible to follow.

Stick to sites like Surveys On the Go , where you wont have to deal with rude admins or site that will ban users instantly with out warning.

The only Reason why This App is not Getting Five stars is Because There not online or have a PC web version. I love The App but gets real hard on The arms and back. Holding my phone uo To try and earn.

Legit very decent app in pay very very well its way more better than other survey apps its the best u earn more with there survey higher paying opportunities
