I absolutely LOVE this company. I love the ethos behind this small family run business. The products are pure, clean and have that all important soil association seal of approval. This means that they promote biodiversity, reduce soil contamination and give back to the earth. I particularly love their ashwagandha. I have tried various different ones but this one has been by far the best. I struggle with sleep especially when stressed. Taking a couple of these before bed has had huge benefits to my sleep. The amla is great too and a really rich source of vitamin C. As a nutritional therapist I often recommend supplements to my clients, I never hesitate to recommend surya prana to anyone.

I've been taking the organic Turmeric and Black Pepper for some years now and honestly wouldn't want to be without it. The quality stands out from any I've tried in the past and if you haven't tried the organic Cinnamon you're missing out!

I absolutely love Surya Prana turmeric & black pepper -capsules, they are sublime quality! I make my own turmeric lattes from them. I’ve also sampled their cinnamon, and I’m having a hard time using a shop bought one after tasting the finest quality from Surya Prana. The service is also spot-on, and packaging is beautiful.
