I joined to my favorite server and got banned instantly. And they dont provide support about it. Also they banned me on their customer guild for no reason. And yeah ofc didnt get any refund. PURE SCAM.

Best FiveM 3rd party software i have ever used, with almost no issues i can guarantee that this is the best ch*at.

The actual cheat works fine, but the community, support, and site are terrible. Support members use multiple country names and translators, so it’s hard to communicate with them. Tickets take a few days to be closed without any response. The owners display a high level of toxicity and have large egos, probably because of the money earned from Susano. I'm sure that leaving my nickname here would lead to a ban immediately. Even simple questions lead to a series of insults, with users called “retards” and “morons.” The site is the worst I've ever seen, as it doesn’t load most of the time. Support members suggest not using a VPN or a browser, but it doesn’t solve the problems. A word of caution for those thinking of buying: it’s impossible to return the product, and even trying to do so would lead to an insult.

I think Susano might be taking back the crown for best cheat if they just added more modes and had a better Anticheat bypass it would be the best cheat and could surpass Vanity by far in everything else and the best cheat I've bought and I'm glad I didn't buy Vanity that shitty cheat

I bought a license on February 10, and after about a month my access was suddenly revoked without a clear explanation.

I contacted support multiple times, but my tickets were closed without giving me a real reason, and I was told that the reason was already explained even though I never received a clear answer.

I also tried to ask for a review of my case or a refund, but I did not get any response.

Very disappointing experience, especially after paying for the product.

I expected better support.

i liked it its a good menu and everything it took a while for support but in the end 10/10 menu ngl

high levels of detection. definitely some chud devs. most servers you join you will either get banned the next day, on the spot or as soon as u turn on a certain features. Fairly confident that me and a dolphin could code better than them with almost NO coding experience.

Best one out there! Susano is easily the most reliable and cost efficient with good support and a continuously growing list of features. constantly updated to stay on top and from what ive seen one of the easiest to use. 10/10 recommend

This site is absolutely terrible in my experience. I tried their botting service and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I’ve had. It honestly feels like a complete scam — you pay for the service and don’t get what they promise.

The bot barely works the way it should, and the website crashes all the time. Half the time you can’t even use the service because something is broken or not working properly. It’s extremely frustrating, especially when you’ve already paid for it.

On top of that, the whole thing looks very shady and possibly illegal. They are selling cheats that clearly break the rules of the games, while acting like it’s completely fine. In reality you risk getting your account banned and still end up wasting your money.

Overall, I would strongly advise people to stay away from this site. In my opinion it’s unreliable, feels like a cheat/scam service, and it’s just not worth the risk or the money.
