I had a very disappointing experience with Sushain Clinic customer support.

I placed an order for medicines,ut one item was missing from the delivery. Despite this, I received messages stating that the order was both delivered and still out for delivery which was confusing and inconsistent.

When I contacted customer care to resolve the issue, my concern was not properly addressed. Instead of helping, the support team failed to provide a clear resolution.

One of the customer care executives, Khoosboo Verma, behaved very unprofessionally during the call. Her tone was dismissive and it felt like my concern was being treated as an inconvenience. The conversation ended abruptly when she hung up, without resolving the issue.

Overall, this was a very frustrating experience.

I ordered FOLISTRONG SHAMPOO order number ORD254829.
Delivered on 28th March 2026 with expiry of March 2026.
I registered the complain on same day of delivery.
Till today I have not received either replacement or refund.
This is dakaity,
I advise not to believe and order anything from this unfair, dishonest company.

Don't buy any product or medicine from sushain. It's fake people are running. They take your money and not deliver the order. Sharing you fake contact number and tracking link. They are below begger's range.

I ordered kamini medicine with express delivery but in tracking status nothing shows this is my prepaid ordered and it is not show any deliver date

To who ever reading this never trust this clinic they don't have proper customer care nd i don't see option like to return the product back cause it's super defective one.

No proper responce, no customer care. When I added my products to the basket, the representative called me for placing the order and promising the timely delivery.

After I placed the order, there is no responce from the company nor representative. I did not receive the product even after 1 week of the expected date. Daily I just get the message that your delivery is postponed without any confirmed date.

I placed an order on sushainclinic.com on 14 January 2026 (Order #ORD210581). Even after 8 days, the order has not been delivered, and the tracking information does not work.

I tried calling customer support several times, but no one answered. I also paid extra ₹50 for fast delivery, which was not honored.

There is no option to cancel the order on the website, and there has been no response from support.

Based on my experience, I would advise others to be very cautious before ordering medicines from this website.

Very very bad response.... Order for pack of 5 bottles and received soon to be expired medicine in March..... Still not responding properly..... Going to file a complaint against sushain clinic in consumer court

Worst service experience with Sushain. I paid extra for express delivery, but the medicines were delayed unnecessarily. When delivered, the products were damaged and poorly packed, which is unacceptable for medical items.
Customer service was extremely disappointing. Staff member Shubhankar Halder was rude and dismissive, stating he was “busy” instead of assisting, clearly reflecting a lack of professional training and poor attitude. Additionally, when I contacted customer support, the executive disconnected the call without any explanation.
This company shows zero accountability, poor service standards, and complete negligence. Charging extra and delivering damaged medicines is unacceptable.
Highly unprofessional. Not recommended at all.
