The first time I used this company and found them very professional with reminders of the appointment and when they would be arriving. The boiler service was carried out and everything explained satisfactory. I will use this company again including a boiler replacement.

Ross from The Sussex Heating Company came to me last Thursday to service my three gas appliances. From the start when I booked to the finish when Ross completed the work, I’ve nothing but praise. Excellent communication regarding my booking, care whilst carrying out the work, efficient and heaters which are now working perfectly. I highly recommend and thank you Ross !

Very efficient service. Kate got in touch very quickly after my online request and booked us in for a boiler service. Ross texted when he was on his way which was well within the timescale given. He was very helpful, pointing out issues that he’d found and advising best course of action On top of that he reset my controller and advised on another matter which was outside the remit of the visit. Invoice and follow up check received the same day.
