The pin I ordered was a customised one (to give to someone who'd passed exams) and it looks lovely; the recipient is going to be so pleased! Also, the delivery date was four days ahead of time, which was a great bonus. Can't fault the pin or the service; thank you.

Each design feels really thoughtful and positive, and the quality is fantastic. You can tell that everything is handmade with attention to detail (and probably a cup of tea, just like the website says!).
