The Technician/Engineer that carried out the site assessment, was very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to explain the process in detail.
All my queries were answered easily and in layman’s terminology to allow a full understanding.
He took the time to explain what he was going to do in terms of inspection requirements, photographs etc.
All in all the process was carried out in a very professional manner.
It was explained at the inspection that I would receive my report in approximately 1 week.
Once I received the BMP/BAL report I was very impressed with the level of detail and references to the Standards.
This report will most definitely address all Council requirements for both my Building Envelope adjustment & building approvals.
