George created a safe space from the very first email. I felt held in a warm and strong way, like in a nest, and in that space I could really relax, open up and find insights. He listened deeply and understood me so well that he could say the exact words and feelings I had, even in our first session. He is warm, kind but firm at the same time, just the perfect combination. And sessions are also fun:)

I recently completed the sustainable life coach training program offered by Seniors Helping Seniors and I am extremely pleased with the experience.What made my experience great?The program was comprehensive and well-structured, providing a perfect blend of theoretical knowledge and practical application. From the outset, it was clear that the trainers were highly experienced and genuinely passionate about sustainability and coaching. This passion was contagious and made the learning process engaging and inspiring.

It was a very interesting and engaging session on the topic of "Feedback" given by George. He was good at drawing in from the group and asking good and sometimes challenging questions which made me think about how I handle tricky situations and people in my life. George was animated and kept us engaged on a hot summer afternoon.

I have had two group sessions with this Life Coach in the last year, one I attended in person, the other via Zoom, organised through employers. Both were good and, although I felt the subjects each time would be quite limiting, through exploring, questioning and talking about different aspects, things opened right up. I did, therefore, feel I had learnt some very useful information which would be very helpful both at work and personally.

I worked with George at Sustainable Life Coach in his Leadership Coaching Programme for six months and it truly changed the trajectory of my career.
