I unfortunately purchased during the Christmas holidays and as it’s my first go at using a planner and a Hobonichi planner at that, I was excited at receiving my order so paid for express delivery. The sellers communication with me was fast and reliable. Amy was so patient with all my winging about my cover not turning up, she even refunded my postage without me asking for it. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from again.

Wide variety of Hobonichi products available, which is fantastic but makes narrowing down the choice a bit of a challenge. My initial pre-order took quite some time to arrive in the UK, but Amy was quick to respond to my queries. I have since placed two more orders which were promptly dispatched and well packaged. Will definitely buy again.
