Suzuki Performance Spares? LoL
Suzuki Performance Spares? More like mix and match parts.
Ordered 7 valve shims, half is Hot cam parts the other half was no name.
Some of them numbered by size some actually showing the size. (160, 1.60mm)
Wont be using Suzuki Performance Spares again.
You need to let the customers know in the description that you are not sending the same parts but whatever is laying around in the cupboard.
Very disappointed.

i don't spend time on leaving a review if the product i get is satisfactory. if its exceptional i leave a nice review, if its below average then i have the duty to let people know. The main system i use its google reviews, go have a look at them because you will see over 200 reviews good bad and great ones too.
Regarding the help, i do not need help. i expect a company do the right thing at the start when i buy something and not after receiving a bad review. If the products you sell are so great this review would not be left. as i said i would not need help because i will purchase the parts i need from someone who will get it right the first time.

Thanks for the review ! We have 5000 plus 7.48mm shims in stock , not exactly a slow moving part 'laying in a cupboard' . We sell and use them in all our engine builds. All shims are purchased from the same supplier for over 35 years . All shims are measured for accuracy before being put into stock. We have never even considered that the laser etching on shims to be an issue ,we are only concerned with quality and accuracy.I am personally sorry you feel 'Very Disappointed' Looking at your review history on trustpilot you do seem to be consistantly 'very disappointed' I am very sorry we have not risen to your high expectations. I am very happy to swap the 160 shims so you have a matching set to put into your engine. please contact me if I can help. Cheers Nick
