ZuverlÀssigkeit und Haltbarkeit wie sie sein sollte!

SVS baut schöne und makellos verarbeitete Subwoofer, die eine außergewöhnlich gute Preis/Leistung bieten. Ich besaß seit 8 Jahren einen SB-1000 Classic. Dieser wurde in der gesamten Zeit viel genutzt und nicht einen Ausfall verzeichnet. Mittlerweile bin ich auf zwei Sb-2000 Classic umgestiegen und ich bin wirklich froh diese Firma entdeckt zu haben! Wer Subwoofer sucht, die eine atemberaubende Leistung bieten und ein Produkt fÃŒr die Ewigkeit sein sollen ist hier genau richtig.

Omg ner again

Omg, I understand why I didn't return to the svs vision in Detroit on grandriver!
My husband and had a app Sat Jan 3rd 2026. I stood their waiting for assistance about 3 to 5 min WHEN I SAID HELLO I HAVE A APPOINTMENT A LADY SAYS OK ,THEN STARTED TO ASSISTANT SOMEONE ELSE! I got pissed..it was crowded and no one seemed to care. I have MS so after ME ASkING SOMEONE ELSE FOR HELP, IT WAS LIKE JUST FORGET IT!! MY HUSBAND AND I LEFT I SCHEDULED SOMEWHERE ELSE. WAS SOO MAD DUE TO MY EYESITE NEEDS TO BE CHECKED. NEVER AGAIN, ILL BE SURE TO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE AND SPREAD MY ECPERIENCE TO OTHERS FOR SURE!!

Best subs, best support

I bought a PB-14 Ultra a long time ago, at least a decade but probably more. After many years of use the amplifier module died. Great, I thought, checking out the price of their new subs and thinking it’s £3k+ I don’t really want to spend right now. But I didn’t need to! Even several years after my sub went out of production, SVS not only produce an amplifier module for it, but an upgraded one comparable with their latest subs. The catch: The cost, right? But no, it was under £400 delivered and it transforms the sub. So, so much better I’m glad the original amp broke. This is how you do long term customer support.

Exceptional Products and Customer Service

I am not someone who normally leaves reviews. However, on this occasion, I felt compelled to leave one for the exceptional customer service I have received from SVS.
I have an SVS PB-4000 which is a truly awesome, room-shaking beast of a subwoofer. If you ever get the opportunity to own or test one of these, I suggest you put it through its paces by watching Blade Runner 2049. The depths of bass this sub reaches are truly incredible - I think it could possibly shake a weak building to the ground! It also delivers a lovely tight bass with music – muffle the ports and change volume and filter settings accordingly.
I’ve had my beloved PB-4000 for just over 5 years, which happens to be the length of the guarantee (which is pretty good, to be fair) and unfortunately, my subwoofer started distorting badly a couple of months ago. I was devastated.
I emailed SVS and a really helpful chap called Jay took me through the process of diagnosing the problem, which included removing the rather hefty driver from the unit. Quite a daunting task, but as it turned out, a lot easier than expected. The hardest part was getting a tool to lift the driver out, but after watching some YouTube videos I managed to craft something together myself pretty easily. Then it just took a couple of minutes to extract it, with a helping hand from my partner. We did some testing and very quickly established that the driver had blown.
Jay said I first needed to go back to my retailer here in the UK for a resolution. That retailer’s initial reply was to tell me it would be £1,000 for a new driver to be fitted and therefore they suggested I just buy a new PB-4000 from them instead – which somewhat irked me! The PB-4000 is certainly not a cheap subwoofer and the suggestion that I should simply replace it after 5 years was a little insulting.
I asked for them to give me a price just for a replacement driver, telling them I would fit it myself. They came back with £720. So, that means when they first offered to replace the driver for me at a cost of £1,000, they were trying to charge me £280 just for labour – based on my experience, a 20-minute job at best! It goes without saying, I was not entirely happy with the retailer’s attempts at a resolution.
I got back in touch with SVS and tried to get them to talk with the retailer over here. I completely understood that my subwoofer was out of guarantee, and I fully expected to have to pay for a replacement driver, I just wanted to ensure I was getting the best and most economical resolution possible, as an existing SVS customer with a faulty unit.
Jay at SVS then escalated my problem to a chap called Ed and he said he was going to do what he could. After a short wait of a week or two, Ed totally came through for me. He said he was arranging for a replacement driver to be sent to me – at no cost! Within just a few days, I had a replacement driver shipped to me, sent by Karma AV here in the UK, who were not my original retailer (and were excellent, btw). I had my new driver unpacked and fitted in 20 mins and my PB-4000 was back in perfect, room-shaking order once again.
I can’t thank SVS enough. It was more than I could have possibly expected or hoped for. They were under no obligation to replace my driver, but they did.
This is certainly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Communication with SVS was excellent, they stood by their product and they went well and truly above and beyond for their customer – you can’t ask for much more than that!

Außen Hui innen Pfui

Nichts wird gemacht fÌr die Menschen die um Infos bei der SVS anfragen. Wenn Mann etwas wissen will um Geld/ Krankengeld zu beantragen wird einem nur das halbe mitgeteilt um nichts oder so gut wie nichts zahlen zu mÌssen. E-Mails werden nicht beantwortet/ernst genommen. Dadurch passieren VersÀumnisse ihrer Seits die Rechtfertigungen werden sowieso nicht ernst genommen. Wenn Mann 3m unter der Erde liegt wÀre ihnen am liebsten. UnterstÌtzung ist was anderes. Mann wird nur von vorne bis hinten betrogen/belogen.

Heute ist der 9.5

Heute ist der 9.5. und die svs ist nicht in der Lage meine April Pension mir zu ÃŒber weisen!
Werde tagtÀglich vertröstet und angelogen!!!
Wieso: ich hatte bis am 7.4. die hellobank, da funktionierte immer alles. Doch die wurde dann von der easybank Ìbernommen,dann begann das drama. Ich verstÀndigte am Anfang April dass sich das verÀndert. Die svs schickte mir am 20.4. oder post, dass sie von der easybank ein Formular fÌr die bargeldlose Auszahlung benötigt. Habe ich der easybank geschickt, doch die war nicht in der Lage mir das unterschrieben zurÌck zu schicken
Wobei im schreiben der svs noch stand, solange sie nicht das schreiben der Bank hat, ist meine pensionsauszahlung per postÃŒberweisung umgestellt.
Aber was macht die svs, sie schickt auf die Bank die es nicht mehr gibt????und keine postÃŒberweisung wie gemeldet!! Wieso nicht???
In der Zwischenzeit, habe auch die easybank storniert, bin bei der ersten Bank, svs hat alles schon bekommen!!
Und bis heute keine Pension!!
Ich bekomme nur falsche aussagen, werde schlicht angelogen und vielleicht irgendwann bekomme ich meine pension. Auch der ombudsmann der svs kann nicht helfen, wieder nur die Aussage, irgendwann vielleicht!!!!

Ganz ehrlich, das ist einfach total untragbar!!!
