Ordered a Leatherman MUT and received…
Ordered a Leatherman MUT and received an used, well worn out, piece. Called the store where it was shipped, I was told by the customer service personnel that they do ship customer returned merchandise after checked the condition. Regardless if it is checked, such a practice (shipping used items as if those are new) is definitely dishonest. I will not do any business with this vendor.

I don't live close to any stores
I don't live close to any stores, its a 40 minute drive. I don't know why they have phones. I called 2 stores for 3 days and no one answered. This is common place with sportsmans. Im not driving 40 minutes to waste my time. Certain firearms never go on sale, that from a sales rep. I don't know how they stay in business.

Hello, so long story short, I bought a crossbow at the end of November and ups some how lost it. I called sportsman and the first time, they told me that I just have to wait, so a week later I called back. Then I got to talk to Susie who, straight up not only contacted ups about about my package, she talked to her boss and now I’m getting a replacement! I’m super happy with the outcome. Thank you Susie!!

Trust Worthy Place to Buy Firearms and Ammo
I've been buying guns and ammo for years at Sportsmans Warehouse. They have always been friendly and helpful. I believe they are now doing service on firearms. Not 100% sure on that since I do most of my upgrades etc. I certainly do recommend them.
