Ordered several bras, none of them fit, and getting a return has been close to impossible.

There is no return function anywhere on the site. Returns run through email only. Support kept asking me for reasons over multiple rounds instead of simply processing the return, and after all that the only thing they offered was a 10% refund. Not a return, not a full refund – 10%.

As a customer in Germany I have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that requires no reason at all. This shop's process appears designed to wear you down until you give up and keep items you can't use.

Also worth noting: no company name, no address, no phone number anywhere on the site. Support hours are US time, prices are billed in USD.

I'm now pursuing a chargeback through my bank. Reading the other reviews here, my experience is clearly not an isolated case. I would not order here again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. I ordered a bra for £33.00. The item did not fit, so I requested a return under their advertised policy, which explicitly lists "choosing the wrong size" as an eligible return reason.
​Instead of honoring a normal return, they refused a refund, repeatedly pushed me to buy paid replacements, and then revealed for the first time that I must ship the item back to Wuhan, China at my own expense!
​This international return location is completely omitted from their website's Return Policy page. Shipping tracked to China from the UK costs nearly as much as the product itself, making a return virtually impossible. This company uses misleading terms to trap international buyers into non-refundable purchases. I have reported them to Shopify and opened a chargeback dispute with my bank. Avoid at all costs!

I bought 34B size bras, which is M in their sizing. 34B usually fits but it the cup size was a bit big for me when I tried it on. I emailed them asking for a refund, I wasn't even looking for a full one, just partial is fine since I read reviews they would want me to pay for shipping anyways.

They were responsive, right away they offered to send me a new size for $25 shipping fee, but I did not want it as 34 band fits me, 32 doesn't. So I declined the offer, and just want to send the products back. Now they say they will offer me 25% off for new items or they offer me $8 compensation as a gesture of goodwill.

The whole order was $49.99, the shipping is $7.99, so you're telling me you're compensating me $8 which was the shipping fee I paid anyways as a gesture of goodwill.

I instead asked for the 25% they offered in refund, so 25% of $49.99, and guess what? nothing, silence, no answer. I think this company needs to re-evaluate their policy and how they handle customer services.

I ordered based on their sizing chart and the bra was too small. They claim that since I tried it on, they are unable to accept the return or an exchange for a different size. Very dishonest business practices. Do not recommend this company at all!

Commande faite le 30 juin après de multiples pubs sur instagram, toujours aucun colis envoyé ! (le 18/07). Je les ai contactes à 2 reprises, une fois on me dit qu'il y a du retard et désolés, la deuxième fois plus d'une semaine après je demande un remboursement, on m'ignore totalement !

My experience with this retailer was very disappointing. The return compensation offered changed during the process, and I ultimately had to pay £33 to return the item to China. Communication about the return process was frustrating, and I was left feeling uncertain about whether I would receive the refund I was entitled to. Based on my experience, I would not shop here again.
