The phone arrived in great condition as described in the listing. It was securely boxed, with no shipping damage. There is a bit of wear evident on the case, but that's to be expected from a used phone. Screen is intact, and everything is working great. I could wish for a more battery life between charges, but, again, used phone, so nothing out of the ordinary, there. Would recommend this product and this seller--and, of course, Swappa!
Phone was like brand new.The screen saver that was sent with it wasn't worth sending, all bubbles.
The phone arrived just as promised. Always reliable, thank you!
Great phone without having to be huge.
Decent for its age. Should get at least another year of updates.
mind.blown
Very easy to use
My phone was well packed so that it arrived safely. It actually came a day earlier than epected, which was a bonus, as I feel the seller got right to work packing and getting to the shipping site rather than doing all this whenever the mood hit. This phone was exactly as described. In fact, I feel it was in better condition than what was written in the description, which made it a great value for the price. A new charger cordThe screen was clean and polished. It was easy to get it set up.
Great product for the value
Got what I wanted
This device hits a sweet spot of speed and functionality for its age. Frankly, a Note 20 or S20 should work just fine but batteries aren't easily replaceable and Samsung builds in obsolescence (just like everyone). S23 is a good middle ground of everything. Top tier processor, a few years old - still faster than most 2026 phones. Glad to have it. e-SIM is actually 'SIM2' if you are going to activate, just so you know!
It fit the bill for my needs.
Arrived in good condition, faster than expected. Will use this service again.
Great phone.
Like new, for less than half the price
Solid! Definitely better than my S9 it replaced!
Great phone for my younger son.
Awesome phone
Everything works great. Happy with my purchase
Was as advertised.
