Faulty sight optics. Avoid: ruined trip abroad as sight red dot has completely failed before i leave in 4 days. Beyond irritating. Poor workmanship. The sight is a month old!!! Z8i

service. 2 years ago I purchased a binoculars which I treasured and praised effusively. Then around 5 months ago I lost an eye cup. Silence has been the resounding response to the numerous phone and email attempts to contact the SO Australian Customer Service Centre to secure a replacement.

As always superb customer service when you have to return kit for repairs.
Kept fully informed as to work needed and no charge.
Such a pleasure to deal with compared to the crap service most other companies provide

I have several older Swarovski rifle scopes and whether you contact Surrey or Austria on any matter, you will receive superlative and friendly service. Can't be bettered .

Had a pair of Sworo El 8.5X42. Gave to an agent at a Cape May Birding show on Oct. 13, 2022. He said they needed alignment. It is now 4/28/23 or over 6 months, paid $300 for repair, and still have no binoculars. Been getting a lot of excuses. Repair service did not look at the glass until December. Then in Feb.decided they had to go to Austria and I needed to pay $295, I did so immediately. Called a few days ago, was told they were fixed but still in Austria. I had to initiate all communications. I felt like I was dealing with Joe Smoes Garage, not one of the finest optics companies in the world. Wow what is going on. Houston or is it Tyrol, I think we have a problem!

Hello I have never wrote a review or thought about writing one but the experience I’m have with swarovski is terrible they should be shut down. I am an outfitter as well as my family and serval friends. We own outfitters in 4 different states.
We recently purchased 8 scopes and 2 binoculars all the high end stuff. 4 of the X5i scopes broke within the first week. We had to go purchase new scopes to run our outfits. I have been calling and emailing and no response. I understand scopes can have problems but at least answer or try and resolve the issue. I go to every outdooor in the world every year I will make sure I let everyone know how they run there business. You would think spending 3500-4000 per optic and buying several in the same few days they would do something about it

What an awesome company! I sent Nick Ca. an email this morning 10:17 am and RECIEVD A CALLBACK in LESS THAN 3 MINUTES! They fixed my issue immediately and I can happily leave for another hunt on Friday. I own 8 Swarovski products, older ones and new ones and they ALL are just top-notch quality products. BTW: when there is an issue, they take care of that extremely quickly!

Over the years I have accumulated Swarovski scopes and binoculars, expensive but the best. On occasion I have had a problem e.g. the release button on the ATX eyepiece stuck or the eye piece on my BTX got misaligned when I dropped it. Swarovski fixed the problems for free (though mailing insurance can be a bit pricey). Most recently they sent me a new lens cover for my 2015 95mm lens and new lens covers for my NL Pure 12x42 binoculars, again at no cost to me. Great support!

I lost the lens cover on my Swarovski Binoculars. I sent an email to Swarovski customer services. Within an hour, they responded. To confirm a replacement would be sent within 5 working days, FOC.
Excellent service.

My almost 30 year old SLC 7x42B was missing a lens cap and a rubberring on one eyepiece after many years of usage in the field going hunting.
I contacted Customer Service and asked if I could buy new rubber parts for my bino.
Swarovski simply sent me a pair of new lens covers and a pair of new eye pieces - free of charge.
My SLC is now as good as new again.
This is a fantastic customer service which beats any competition.
