Before you buy
TLDR: Good pricing, most modules don't work (not reliable), and they don't tell you that. The random downtimes without being told is obnoxious.
To start off, the pricing is amazing. Most tools make you pay an absurd amount for a month of use for very few/bad modules, or even for highly priced credits.
The highest tier is only priced at 30 USD, but realistically all you need to buy is the 15 USD tier. 15-30 USD for lifetime intelx + other decently good modules is a huge positive for this tool, and if they could add more while keeping the pricing decent and things working as shown to you, I think the tool could be absolutely amazing.
The reason I give swatted a 3 star despite saying all of that is because of bad transparency and extremely scummy practices that could be prevented.
You're allowed to view all of the modules without an API token (or a free one), and you're able to click on some of the modules, it'll tell you, 'Upgrade to Swatted Premium to access this module when it launches,' but at the same time, it says this even for the ones that are already launched, like Intelx, Reddit/Roblox reports, or even Discord stalker. It fails to tell you which ones are launched and which ones are "under construction" supposedly.
I say "bad transparency" because of downtimes. Even if the downtime is due to something upstream or their own API keys being revoked. They don't tell you, instead you're supposed to figure it out after buying your own token.
How are people supposed to know which modules are down prior to buying? They don't. So, when people view the modules with a free token and get told they need to buy, they'll buy a token expecting to have access to the module they were just looking at, but instead, it doesn't even work. Now you're expected to check their Telegram each time they claim they fixed something.
It's simply false advertising. The website should tell you which modules do and do not work when you're looking at them through previous reports from other buyers instead of having to buy and find out themselves.
At this current state, I wouldn't recommend Swattedw.tf, despite me being a buyer.
But even after this review, I'll give credit where it's due. The tool is extremely cheap and has shown itself to be useful(ish) for me from time to time, even if a good handful of modules don't really work. I can also see it from the people who run the website's point of view. Hosting this probably costs a bit since you have to rely on popularity instead of subscriptions, if new buyers don't come in, there's no profit, and you're spending to keep old buyers happy since Swatted is marketed as lifetime. (Unlike other OSINT.CSINT tools.)
I hope people see this review before buying Swatted. And for the people who are already buyers, don't feel scammed. At the end of the day, the price is still 15-30 USD, and you have it forever. If Swatted happens to have all the modules it promises one day, this tool would be absolutely amazing in my book.
