I can't give enough stars. I was with SW Broadband years ago before they became CloudAbove and recently rejoined as a customer as I started a new company during the 2020 lockdown. The customer service is just incredible. If I have any questions they are always answered really quickly and their knowledge of wordpress, woocommerce and the associated plugins is incredible. I have been with Swbroadband for a year or two now, every time without fail they have responded to support requests very very quickly and have provided me with a great service. Always make you feel like you are their only customer and are more than happy to help you with issues. They offer a great service for websties, dedicated and virtual private servers as well as domain hosting and are always happy to help. Lowest prices i have seen and i have been through several different companies in the past. SW Broadband sought me out when i was looking for a new provider on twitter and i have never looked anywhere else

I've used them with multiple businesses for a number of years including hosting a worldwide used application. Ryan is incredibly attentive and always happy to help, regardless of the time of day.

Up until last year, we used a mixture of Dreamhost, Rackspace and other large hosting companies for a range of websites.

The problem I've found with almost all hosting companies we used previously is that the level of flexibility is limited and support is only given in working hours (problem if a US host and UK company) and rarely do you get an immediate response.

After tweeting about 123-Reg's recent VPS launch, I was mentioned by a hosting company in Cornwall called SW Broadband (swbroadband.co.uk). Hesitant to change to a new host I'd never used before, I signed up for a month free trial and was consequently blow away by the value for money and friendly, knowlegeable support. To mention a few of the perks: complete control VPS, dedicated RAM, monitoring + sms alerting, support via email / phone / skype 24/7.

Ryan, the brains at SW Broadband, is really approachable and I find it invaluable to have the same person you can talk to if there is a client query / issue. Over the past couple of weeks there are dozens of e-mails where he's advised me on PCI compliance, Magento hosting, dedicated SQL servers and DNS.

I can't recommend SW Broadband enough to other developers or companies looking for a reasonably priced UK-based VPS server.

I have looking for reliable and good customer service web-hosting for long time, I have been hosting websites for long time, and in this long time I have been with large hosting, small one, in UK , in USA , in India, in Germany , and a lot more, none of them offered the customer service I got from SWbroadband, ( I have VPS) and the prices are so affordable,
I highly recommend this hosting
