Appalling customer service still waiting on my order (2 weeks) . No callback, email or offer of solution. Wish I had read reviews.

Don’t waste money.

SCAM DO NOT ORDER.

Sweets were never delivered and then they just ignore and you and don’t acknowledge you at all. Do not order!!!!!!

Have ordered sweets, money gone from bank. But no sweets, and no way of contacting, every form of contact is unavailable. Absolutely atrocious

Ordered 3kg of sweets a week ago and still waiting for delivery and no update from EVRI - it’s ashame we didn’t check the reviews before ordering, it looks like there’s much better sweet companies out there with much better reviews.

I ordered a packet of sweets over four weeks ago now they still haven’t arrived. £23 taken from my bank account and no refund. I’ve emailed several times. I’ve messaged them via Instagram. I’ve also messaged them directly and sent four letters in the post. I’m now going to send a solicitor letter.

5 stars are not enough for this company I’ve read reviews about deliveries not being revived my personal experience I’ve received every order I’ve placed I’ve also reviewed my orders with in 2/3 days of ordering also great variety of sweets at a great price I highly recommend

I placed an order on 6th March and still not received it. I have emailed them now 3 times to see where my orders at and not had a reply yet.

Ordered over 2 weeks ago paid for 2-4 day delivery and still waiting. Sent several emails to the company therefore I’ve handed it over to the bank today for chargeback dispute

I placed order and still waiting for this. I've sent numerous emails with no reply. Which is very disappointing. Brace which leads me to think that customer service is not a high priority for this company.

Absolutely shocking. No delivery no response to at least 10 emails a phone number that does not work not a care in the world terrible service

Placed an order at the end of January. This order NEVER arrived. Not surprised as i have read multiple other reviews stating same. Despite countless emails to their info email, i have had no correspondence, no refund and still no order. Extremely disappointed, will not be ordering from this small business again. Waste of time and money.

Extremely poor service.
Ordered over a week ago, was informed delivery would be within 4 days. Still no sweets. I have emailed but no reply.

Rubbish service. Missing large item from order (which happens) reached out asking for replacement or reimbursement (it was actually a gift for my friend undergoing chemo) completely ignored. Won’t ever bother again and will tell anyone thinking about it not to bother.

His customer service is almost as appalling as his behaviour on national tv Stale sweets tasted like powdery flavourless chewy rubber. Don’t waist your time you can defo shop around and get better value for money + the owner is just a straight up bellend.

Every different type of sweet I had in my 2x 1 kg bag tasted amazing, not one of them did I even not fancy. Very high quality sweets!

The owner of this company smells like raw prawns

Ordered 3kg of sweets 2 weeks before Christmas and only 2kg arrived. I sent multiple emails over a 3 week period explaining of the issue and was only after 3 weeks I received a response saying they would send the missing sweets. Now another 2 weeks later still not received the missing sweets and all emails I have sent asking where they are have so far been ignored. Terrible company, will not be using them again and advise everyone else not to use them either.

Sweets are nice to eat, bit pricey but lots of offers and deals to reel you in. First couple of orders had no issues but order we received 13/12/25 had a promotional item missing. Several emails to their two contact addresses went ignored. It was only when I threatened to leave (honest) bad reviews that I got a response. Did they send me the missing item after saying they would? Of course not. So after receiving several more "here's another deal for you" emails, I emailed them again saying I don't want offers, I won't be ordering again and to please send my missing item. They acknowledged my email with an apology and said they'd sort it. Today is 18/01/26 and still nothing. Don't waste your time and money with these clowns - there are other, better small businesses who want to keep their customers!

Honestly this company might as well be a scam, I wish I had read the comments on their Facebook videos before I placed an order as there seem to be a lot of people with the same issues placing orders and paying for next day delivery/pickup but then the item never comes not only does it not come but im still waiting over a week later and looking at comments on Facebook people have been waiting over a month, clearly this company can not accomplish next day delivery’s so to charge someone for them is a scam, who knows at this point if my sweets will ever arrive because their customer service is non existent they don’t even bother to reply to enquiry’s and just ghost people very disappointed

I placed my second order in December as enjoyed the variety and size of bags. Like to support smaller businesses.

However when it arrived, I only got half my order, sent an email straight away on the 19th December.

I gave them a few weeks due to Christmas and new year, but as of 11 January I am yet to receive a reply or receive the rest of my order.

I do keep getting promotional emails just to rub salt in the wound.

I also thought the quality had gone down but maybe I’ve got a bitter taste from not getting the things that I ordered.
