I was kinda anxious at first because the order mail came ten days delayed. Fedex wanted to charge me extra fees which i had already payed upfront. Samuel answered me with no delay within the day and reimbursed me the costs fully and hussle-free. The products are really good. If you have problems just write his business-mail.
Would have give the review zero star if I could of done that. No follow up after the order was placed, no estimated delivery date, no status update, extremely poor communication (was answered with one line that did not even qualify as a full sentence after a few days). I had to send multiple messages to get a cancellation of my order and a refund. The guy should spend less time taking pictures of himself barechested and more time looking after the people who order on his website. Never again.
Everything came on time.
Was super responsive when I asked about product availability . As soon as I paid for my order I got no confirmation and I got ghosted despite sending multiple emails and DMs over a period of ten days while continuingg to push sales via instagram stories.. He finally responded to me after messaging again (my order status still says unfulfilled and I am being ghosted) with "strange, I've gone ahead and canceled the order". So much for my bfs birthday present
Unfortunately the package was missing an item (Balsam of Peru). After numerous attempts to contact the company I've received nothing, not even an acknowledgement of my emails.
We did receive part of the order and the items were OK.
I would be very wary ordering from these guys. It doesn't appear that they have any capacity to sort errors.

I’ve gotten my order in 2-3 days and the experience is pretty good so far
The guy is a scammer. Ordered items mid June and two months later they haven’t even been received by the shipping company. No response through instagram or email.
Unfortunately I am having a really bad experience with my second order, which is significantly bigger than my first (that went smooth as butter).
I ordered a bunch of stuff back in June (2 months ago), and since then I got no update. The tracking number on the site says the package wasn’t received by UPS, and I got no responses on Instagram or by email, which I am still trying to get(mail since I dont use ig no more).
This is very frustrating since I am a fan of the page and the products themselves, but this is too much, man.
Edit: After 4 months I got a refund after many emails and instagram messages.Would have liked my ordered products better, but this is fair as well, just a huge waste of time and energy.
Ordered from Sam twice, first time fine, second time I haven’t received my product after more than a month and he hasn’t responded to emails or DMs; left to assume he’s a scammer at this point.
At no point have I received any communication from Sam to explain what is going on, he keeps posting to Instagram with new content in the meantime and pushing sales.
Overseas customers be cautious. I visited the link in swholeanimals instagram bio and I ordered some stuff to be shipped to the UK back in June. It included the dog oil, moon ball, and toe splay. I ordered 2 of each as I was also buying a gift. The tracking looked stuck after ~20 days, so I emailed the customer support email. Unfortunately, I never heard anything back from this. So I emailed another email that was attached to the order confirmation, and still never heard anything back. Even 2 months later, I still haven't gotten any response from him. I requested a chargeback on my credit card and provided evidence of all this, just to have the seller refuse the chargeback because I "didn't attempt to cancel the order" 😐 I have had to provide even more evidence for this chargeback just so I can get my money back. I love swholeanimals instagram page but this was a terrible experience. No items, no contact from him, and struggling to even get my money back. Just be cautious if you order.
