I had a very poor and concerning experience with this company at Stansted Airport.

I followed the instructions provided and called ahead as advised. I was told to park at a nearby Burger King and wait for a call to proceed to the express set-down area. Unfortunately, the call never came, and it took multiple attempts to get through to anyone.
When I eventually got hold of someone, I was instructed to drive to the express set-down area.
Once there, I was left waiting for around 45 minutes, despite being repeatedly told someone would arrive within “1–2 minutes.”

During this time, a Stansted parking marshal approached me and advised that they had been dealing with issues involving this company all day and that customers should not have been directed to the express set-down area at all.

After a further 60+ attempts to call, someone finally arrived. However, there was no identification, paperwork, or any form of verification. The individual did not check my booking details or provide any confirmation that my vehicle was in safe hands.

At this point, I did not feel comfortable handing over my car, so I declined and instead used the official Stansted valet service at additional cost.

Overall, this experience involved:

Poor communication
Excessive delays
Conflicting instructions
Lack of basic security and verification procedures

I strongly recommend avoiding these charlatans and using official airport parking providers instead.

Absolutely awful company, rude staff had to phone several times on drop off and pick up. When dropping the car off we had to wait 15 minutes for them too arrive even though I phoned 35 minutes prior to give them notice of our estimated arrival as advised on email. When we arrived back at the airport I phoned and was told we would have to wait an hour for them to get our car too us. 1 hour 15 passed phoned them back which took several calls to get through to be met with rude staff saying he's already left and the driver would phone to say where he will be with the car. No phone call another 20 minutes later, so we phone again to tell us its in a different car park to were we was told to stand, finally found the car and no driver to be seen just left keys on top of the tyer. Avoid this company at all costs absolute rip off nothing Swift about this company.

Very disappointed with Swift Meet and Greet Stansted. I called several times before dropping my car off at 5am and nobody answered the phone. After eventually getting a reply, I arrived at the meeting point and nobody was there. We were also told the airport entry/exit charge would be £10 to enter and £10 to leave, but it was actually £13 each time.
Coming back was just as bad. Again, nobody answered the phone and when they finally did, we had to wait around 45 minutes for the car to arrive. When the driver finally turned up,he handed over the keys without even checking if we were the correct customers and just walked away.
The whole experience was stressful, unprofessional and badly organised. I definitely won’t be using them again.

Not what you need when travelling. Will never use again.

Late to collect my car.
Late to deliver my car.
Unexpected charges to me because of this.
Not worth the so called cheap price once you've taken into account the waiting, car park entry/exit, stress etc

Diabolical from start to finish
Called 30 min in advance as per request - got to the car park and paid for half an hour, they proceeded to ignore our calls (only gave 1 mobile contact to us) rolled up very late (an hour after arriving) guy collecting the car couldn’t care less and we had to pay more for car park exit

We expected it on our return and we weren’t disappointed!! Again ignored our calls and took over an hour. 4 other people were also waiting for them

Useless and their communication is awful

Do not use. The cheap price doesn’t make it worth it as you end up paying loads more in parking charges too!

Shocking - do not use. Waited 45mins at drop off over an hour for collection.

NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY. SO FAR BEEN WAITING WELL OVER AN HOUR FOR THE RETURN OF OUR CAR. I HAD TO PHONE THEM AGAIN TO GET AN UPDATE. THEY SAID PROBABLY ANOTHER HALF HOUR AND PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME !!! ABSOLUTELY APPALLING SERVICE. BEWARE !!!!!!

EVENTUALLY IT TOOK 3 HOURS . MY HUSBAND HAD TO GET IN AN UBER AND GO TO FIND OUR CAR WITH 3 OTHER DRIVERS ALL LOOKING FOR THEIR CARS. THEY WERE TAKEN TO AN UNSECURED COMPOUND IN A FARM WHERE THERE WERE KEYS HUNG UP ON HOOKS IN AN UNLOCKED CONTAINER. THE CARS WERE NOT THERE AND THE SO CALLED WORKERS HAD TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO FIND THE CARS. MY HUSBAND AND OTHER DRIVERS WERE NOT ALLOWED TO FOLLOW !

IT IS THE SAME MOBILE NUMBER BEING USED BUT WITH DIFFERENT NAMES .

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING.

They leave you waiting for hours. There is women with young children screaming at them waiting on the grass verge on the car park for hours.

Utterly useless scammers. They don’t answer the phone, they lie about where they are and then ignore you. They are a total shambles ]{ ended up having to drive to park in the Blue Zone at £70 a day! Book these scammers at your peril!

Shocking service. Waited hours to be collected in the cold. Then received a fine for the car from whilst we were abroad.

Emailed copious times and didn’t bother to respond! Utterly rubbish

DO NOT USE! I wouldn’t even give this company 1 star. A friend booked this firm for parking for our recent break and on returning to UK we found it hard to get an answer from number given. When we did we advised the driver would be with us in around an hour despite them knowing when we were returning. When chasing an update the person who eventually answered was rude and hung up. Over an hour later and still waiting I thought I noticed a car of my model driving down the far end of car park away from the drop off area. I went to investigate and my car had been parked up in a bay with the key left on the wheel and ticket to pay for exit on passenger seat. No call to advise car had been left and no response to texts or calls following this. Shocking service and they should be closed down. Please don’t use - we’re about 6 other parties all waiting for this company or similar. Ones who did drop off all then got out and just slunk off most likely to get picked up to be out back into circulation.

Stansted swift meet and greet are the worst company I have ever we used for airport parking. On arrival they took over an hour to get to us to collect our car and on the way home we’ve been waiting 2 and a half hours outside in the cold and still no sign, poor communication, lies about how long they will take (it clearly states half hour in their emails ) and we followed all the proper channels of communication with them. No way to treat anyone, if they were honest and explained they would be 2 hours we would have waited in a cafe at the airport not outside. They said 30 mins on the phone. We got our car back 2 hours and 45 minutes after the first call

OMG , unfortunately I have not look at the reviews before booking but literally I had the same experience as everyone else apart from that I had to make 85 calls to get thought to them I was waiting for an hour with my baby at 1:30 am !! When I mentioned that in the contract says it will take 30 min for them to bring the car they said its not about the contract and they stole my neckles + used a lot of my petrol !!! What a disappointment and how comes they are still operating ?? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!! SCAM !!!

They didn't answer the phone and when they did they cut us off. Delayed response in collecting the car from us in Stansted. We paid the £13 in the car park and then got a fine from Stansted when we got home.
Also when we landed (after several times calling and no answer) they said there was a 2 hour wait for the car to be dropped off and we should get a cab to where it was. This they said would cost £15 and save us on paying the £13 parking when they brought the car back. We had to ring back to get the right postcode and they just didn't answer for ages.
We got an Uber which was £35 to a field with cars jam packed in, one had a missing wing mirror and scratches down the side.
There were lots of taxis pulling up with other unhappy customers trying to locate their cars. The man in the cabin couldn't find our keys at first. Fortunately we found out car and it was undamaged, but had a can of drink left inside. We'll never do meet & get again.

Absolutely disguisting service!
Rude drivers, long waiting times at drop off/collection the car, misleading info and very bad service!
Had to wait long enough to pay extra for entering the car park and when the 'driver' showed up, gave no explanation and wanted to even leave my car there!!!
Multiple calls with no answer or repeated 'we are 10 minutes away' when they were clearly not doing what they said. Car came back with way too many extra miles on and a possible damage!!!
PLEASE stay away and do NOT book with them!

This is a very unprofessional company. You hand your car over to a very scruffy person with no customer service mindset. There is no receipt or emails to show that the company has taken the car off you. When calling the number provided it is often not working and when you get through the person on the other end comes across rude.

I would not recommend this company as it feels like you’re almost giving your car away and you have to keep fingers crossed that you’ll see it again.

DO NOT USE!!! this has to have been the worst experience I've ever had with any type of Meet and Greet. they are totally unprofessional. Do not ask you to sign any forms. Do not check mileage. This was a red flag from the beginning it made me have anxiety where my car was going'. It unfortunately got a lot worse. No calls answered, either the line doesn't connect or then when it does it says line out or it just rings and rings. Eventually when you do speak to somebody they are extremely rude and put the phone down on you. It says that you get your car within 20 minutes on their website but when you get the paperwork which we didn't read until we arrived back at Stansted, that it can be up to 2 hours. We got it back 45 minutes later, but I was constantly calling them. To top it off, they didn't even call me to let me know the car had arrived and when they finally answered the call, I was told my car was at the end of row G in the Orange car park.. what they failed to tell me is that they leave your car with the key on the tyre. So if I wasn't able to have got through to them, I would've been totally unaware that my car was left in a car park with a key on the tyre. No one there at all to sign over my car, what if there were problems with the car? It is shocking that this company can be working. Somebody needs to shut this company down as all the reviews say the same. It's left me feeling really agitated on a late flight home and I'm now sitting in my car writing this message because I am fuming. what I find really alarming is that on these compare sites they are getting 5 out of 5 reviews which are clearly fake and these compare sites should not be counting customers to use this company. It should be struck off.

WORST COMPANY DO NOT BOOK. THE MOST TERRIBLE CAR PARKING THEY STOLE MONEY AND WOULD NOT RESPOND TO PICK UP MY CAR. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK!!!!!!

Absolutely disgraceful service. When I got my car back, loose change had gone missing from inside the vehicle. Trying to contact them afterwards was almost impossible because they barely answer the phone, and when they finally do, they’re rude and dismissive instead of trying to help.

You trust airport parking companies with your vehicle while you’re away, so professionalism and trust are the bare minimum. Sadly, this company offers neither. Judging by the reviews, this seems to be a recurring pattern rather than a one-off experience. I would strongly recommend avoiding them.
