Horrible customer service. Waiting time to pick up the car was over an hour!!
The car was very dirty. There was a lot of mud left inside the car! All mats and plastics was cover in mud and not only on the driver's but on passenger's side as well!
Please think twice before booking!

We were told that we had to pay extra as we were 2 hours later on arrival. I there fore left money in the car of £7 to cover this and to cover pick up and departure fee.However we had to sustain over an hour wait for our car to return when coming home. The money had been stolen as we left it there to pay the pick up fee. I want to claim my money back as an hour wait for the car is terrible service. I was spoken to rudely and told that there is nothing I can do I even offered to get a taxi to the parking place as I had a baby waiting in the rain. Shocking company PLEASE DO NOT USE

This is definitely NOT meet and greet. Look at the small print (which I didn't), apparently it states a 25 to 45 minute wait to pick your car up from the short stay car park. We waited 44 minutes. Previous meet and greet we've used met us in the drop off point straight after landing.
The car was parked in a (muddy I presume) compound as mud spray on rear wheel arches. Back of car had light covering of what looked like tree debris (but easily washed off).
When I called them and the chap said 25 to 45 minutes I was taken aback, even more so when he said he's taken 10 calls already for car pick ups. That's not my problem, they knew we were due in.
If you do use Swift, expect a wait. My advice would be to call them as soon as you are able to (when still on the plane preferably! DON'T wait until you are through the airport like I did).
Oh, and don't forget, you need to pay the £5 short stay fee (both times).
I would suggest there are better meet and greet companies out there. Do your research...

I have given one star because there is no option for no stars. Pay for long stay and avoid this shower

We arrived at Bristol airport and phoned the number as instructed from Baggage Reclaim - we were told the car would be maybe 45 minutes. Disappointing and not what we'd expected - having told the the time our flight arrived we expected the car to be waiting for us. After 45 minutes wait the wrong car was delivered. The chap at the airport was embarrassed and made calls and after a further 20 minutes finally our car arrived. We had had to hang around in the car park for a total of 1 hour 20 minutes (were late collecting our dog!) and very tired and fed up. Not at all the service we had paid for. We were told by the representative on site that we would get a refund if we emailed. We have not had a refund yet (2 1//2 weeks later). My advice would be DO NOT USE this service - better to pay a small amount extra and have control of collecting your car from the airport car park.

Fine on departure in the early hours but on arrival in the afternoon was kept waiting on the car park for 1 hour and 50 minutes! along with several other customers. The airport was very busy but this is not acceptable. If we had been told at least we could have not been stood about outside for two hours!

Awful service I’ve waited over an hour in the cold after travelling all day! Staff attitude stinks not very professional helpful absolute disaster of a service. Staff rude phone number provided doesn’t ring avoid avoid avoid!!

Arrived at Bristol airport 1115pm, rang when landed and did not get my car back until 142am. It was unacceptable as "meet and greet " did not transpire. I rang at midnight and was told 30 -40 mins, then repeatedly at 0049am, 0122am, 0139am each time to be told the car would arrive in 10 minutes. I am disabled and this was not good as very cold also had been travelling a long time. There were at least 4 other people in the same position, older and with children. I complained to the company as they put a vulnerable person in a dangerous position, they put it in writing they would as a good will gesture refund 30% of the monies paid in 7 days, they never did, this was 22nd August 2023. It wasn't about the money, it was about the worst service I have ever received and they really put a bad ending to an otherwise enjoyable holiday. I also had to send them proof of my phone log and exit receipt for them to even take me seriously. When you have a long drive after picking up the car, this was dangerous too and to be kept waiting so long and blatantly lied too, the car was even dropped off without apology. The driver just gave me the key and walked off. They should not be allowed to treat people this way, never again. Dont book especially if you have a disability or young children

Avoid this company at all costs! We had to wait over an hour to get our car back, make numerous calls, customer service is non existent. The reason we book a ‘meet & greet’ service is because my partner has mobility issues - This is NOT meet & greet as they ask you to park in the short stay carpark which is quite a walk to the airport.
Also, the car was filthy and very smelly inside when we finally got it back. An unnecessary stress at the end of holiday.

My flight was 30 mins late. landed made our way through no sign of our car waited about 10 mins rang them they said wait inside bus station waited another 20 no car wife rang on her phone this chap said he was about 45 mins behind cos of late flight surely that is allowed for then we waited about 30 mins car turned up at about 2 am tyres trims full of mud footwell full of mud i take a car for a clean b4 holiday i wont be using them again

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Finally tuned up with car 90 mins after phoning. Tried calling for updates their phone was then turned off. Car filthy looked like they had been off roading in it - no apology. Do not use these

Appalling company. Definitely not Meet and Greet. Totally unprofessional. Met at short stay car park by man with no identification.
On the way back waited 1hour and 25 mins with lots of phone calls, lies being told by the phone operator. Lots of other irate customers. Not what you need when you come back from holidays. Definitely not. Meet and greet. Car was filthy inside and out. Avoid at all costs! Would NEVER USE AGAIN.

Appalling service. Waited well over an hour for return of car (along with several other irate people waiting for their cars) and this was following several calls. When asked about the delay I was told it was a management issue and to take it up with them.
Do not use this company, hardly a meet and greet.

Absolutely disgraceful outfit! Picked the car up pretty quickly but the driver had no ID or uniform to prove who he was - this obviously made us extremely anxious and uncomfortable handling over the keys.

After a 4 hour flight home and another hour collecting our luggage (due to a malfunction of the baggage carousel) I phoned ahead to collect our car as instructed. I was told that they were very busy and would be 35 - 55 minutes maximum. I was livid. An hour passed and I tried to call for an update. 15 minutes later someone eventually answered and told me that the car had been dispatched and was stuck in traffic, so it would be with us in around 20 minutes.

20 minutes elapsed and I called once again for an update. They told me that they’d call back - they didn’t and when I tried to call again they blocked my number!! My partner then called them from her mobile and told them that if they didn’t deliver the car immediately, she would report it as stolen.

So, around two dozen calls later (only 3 of which were answered) the car finally arrived and it was filthy!! Both of our young daughters were inconsolable as they were tired, hungry, thirsty and bored. We still had an hour and a half drive to get home from Bristol.

Just to add insult to injury, the range of our charge (we have an EV) was down to 101 miles - we handed the car over with a range of 150 miles - and we had an 85 mile drive home . . . . .

After driving like a tortoise, I managed to get my family home without charging en route, with a mere 25 miles worth of charge remaining.

This company are nothing but incompetent liars and should be immediately wound up by Trading Standards!!

SCAMMERS! Dropped car off, waited 50 minutes for them to turn up (so had to pay extra for parking fine at airport). Took my Audi with no confirmation, didn't give me anything. When I got back, took 30 mins to get in touch, and they turned up after an hour. My car was filthy, loads of mud in passenger footwell and over the car. The driver who brought my car back gave me the keys without even asking my name - I could've been anyone! The driver was using my heated seats and driving my car in sport mode - bit cheeky! My fuel consumption was very low so he had been having fun. Also, £1.30 was stolen from my change pot (all of it). If they are willing to steal £1.30, imagine what else they'd steal?? Avoid, avoid, avoid. Surprised I even got my car back, wonder what'll happen to it now.

Terrible. Do not use!! Waited over an hour for car to be returned at 2am. Not exactly meet and greet.

Worst bloody airport parking ever.

They can't even deliver a car, we had groups of people waiting for ages, children sleeping on suitcases around us, lying on their website about a 5 star review, when truly it's the Worst experience we have had on our holiday, we waited two and a half hours, kept calling the company, they text us when we arrived saying, call when you are in the baggage reclaim, all the time we were outside, there were people arriving using all these meet and greet companies and we warned them about swift, don't use it, the website may seem trustworthy, but it isn't, they kept blocking our phone numbers, and not answering, there was a family waiting 3 hours for their vehicle to arrive, they had children, aged around 2 and 6, the worst experience ever, they were extremely reluctant and disrespectful to everyone who tried calling, we called to attempt to reclaim our money from the company via a refund, but they kept cutting us off.

Do not use this company, use silver zone, or actual airport parking like the multi-story car park, be careful, and some people have been charged unnecessarily, like an £80 extra charge on top of 115 pound to park their car because they had an extra day on their holiday.

It's a shame how these separate companies ruin the reputations of airports and all that, its not acceptable.

Left 1 star, they are worth less but couldn’t leave any less. We booked Swift Parking Meet and Greet at Bristol Airport. Have used Meet and Greet many times at Bristol Airport before now with no problems. I should have read something out of sorts when pick up for this time was Short Stay, NOT Drop and Go.

Drop off seemed confused, leaving us to wonder if there was a problem at the start of the holiday. We rang again to check the car had been booked in and was assured it had. Luckily I have a tracker on the car so could see it was parked about 6 miles away from Aiirport when checking later. Okay so far. Fast forward to collection. Our flight landed at 12.45am 3rd September and we called at 1.15am after several attempts as the phone was continuously engaged we reached the company only to be told the wait could be 60 minutes ! Reason given many late flights coming into Bristol. We waited. 60 minutes passed. No response. Chased again, took several calls to get through only to then be told the car hadn’t been sent due to a malfunction at the barrier at the car park and at this point they couldn’t even tell us when the car would arrive. I questioned the company on setup - number drivers, distance from Airport., was told they were 12 minutes away and had 6 drivers on that night. To cut a long story short, having waited another 30 minutes with no car tried to call again this time phone went to ‘this mobile is switched off’ and that was it it couldn’t get through again - they had switched the phone off. The car did finally turn up following me demanding a driver whom I managed to find in the short stay car park ring his boss on his personal number which he did - car arrived at 3.35am. 2 hours 20 minutes after we first made contact. Having spoken to the driver direct I was told there were only 4 drivers, several were new as they didn’t last very long due to abuse and he himself was new and would not be returning to the company again.

One other point to note, when you search Meet and Greet at Bristol they come up as one of the first in a list of service providers with a rating of 95/99 trusted score so you are falsely lead to believe the company are decent - I should have check Trustpilot as when you click on the 95/99 trusted score no further information is available.

You will see from the Trustpilot reviews my experience is not alone.

Complete and utter shambles - AVOID, total Scam !

On way back and after calling for my car had to wait over 1 1/2 hrs along with other angry customers tired from long journeys, would NOT recommend. Also had scratches on back where they had scraped something

Don’t bother, way too expensive for the service offered, you have to pay for the parking fees so it’s an extra 10£ on original cost, dropping the car was relatively quick but to pick it up I had to wait more than one hour, was supposed to receive updated on the phone but never called back, the driver drops the car and goes, don’t worry sk me to check if the car is ok etc very poor service for the price paid, I ll stick with silver zone parking
