Waited much too long for the driver to collect our car, despite having called ahead in the timeframe stated. The driver had no paperwork or ID, we had to literally hand over our car key to a total stranger who could’ve been anybody, with only a single mobile phone contact number, no office or alternate number. The driver did not explain where the car would be kept, the paperwork is very vague. My car is connected to an app which provides details on the vehicle status. Whilst we were out of country, I received several alerts over several hours letting me know that the driver door was open, the car was not parked safely, unlocked, handbrake not engaged. A variety of issues at different times. This is not what you want to hear whilst you’re on holiday. I have tried to complain but there is only the one number and they keep cutting me off.

Don’t use them, how can you possibly call when you are flying, and when you eventually get through, they are very rude and unhelpful, minimum 45 mins wait for the car… NEVER AGAIN

Landed late at night told wait time for car return 45 mins - just don’t use them. They are really not swift at all.

What an awful experience I had with this parking company, firstly we were not given accurate information on where to meet the driver as I could not understand the person on the telephone, secondly when I found the correct drop off point the driver was too busy chatting casually to another car in front of us. all this meant that we were going to miss our flight. I asked the driver for identification, he had nothing except my reg in a text message, this is not acceptable! The driver told me to go and pay for the parking permit at the paystation, I asked if he would do it as we were very late now, when he threw my keys in my car and walked away. This left me without parking and very late for my flight, I then had to pay and use the multi story at the airport. This company leads you into thinking you are using a reputable company when in fact they are nothing more than a shambles.

We have just waited 1 1/2 hours for our car to be returned to us at Bristol airport. We rang when we landed and we’re told it would be 40 mins . We rang them again after 50 mins only to be told that they had written our number plate down wrong . Nobody had rung us back in the meantime to check what they had written . I also then text the number plate to them so there were no further mistakes.
Still no car appeared despite several more phone calls and being told twice they were 10 mins away , which clearly they weren’t . Eventually nearly 2 hours after landing we received our car . We only live 20 mins from the airport and so it would’ve been quicker in a taxi , we could’ve walked home in that time !!
It’s was the first and most definitely the last time we would use Swift parking . I can’t think of a company more inappropriately named !!

Excellent parking service. Good communication and got my car back without any damage. No hassle. Although their past reviews are not promising at all, I guess they have changed a lot so I'll recommend. Price is also reasonable comparatively.

I used their airport parking between 7th Sept and 13th Sept. On my return my dash cam was unplugged and there was a 2inch knife slash on my tyre. I had to get new tyre at a cost of £132. Have lodges complaint- no response. Wrote to MD no response although letter was received and signed for. This is terrible customer service

I had my car booked on the 4th of April and due to COVID situation I was unable to leave my house. I emailed them several times since April and no response yet. Tried also to call the number provided but not available. They are a disgrace and they don't care about they're costumers..... I do not recommend to anyone

They are a disgrace. Very slappy in parking your car. Each time I had my car parked they scratched (2 different cars). With the first car, I had the front bumper scratched and the driver door edge. I think they smashed the door to the next car parked. The second car I've had it parked has a parking sensor and emergency brake. They succeded to deep dent the rear bumper and scratch both side doors on the left. Gutted!!! I tried to make a claim and discuss it with them and they completely ignore it.
Zero stars from me.

Do not use, Booked through looking4 parking but they tell swift will not refund booking even though flights cancelled due to covid-19

Do not use under any circumstances. My car was parked in the Luton railway station car park. Unlike most other car parks, the railway takes action against the owner of the car, not the driver. Despite contacting Swift, they have 'forgotten' to pay fines totaling £280.

None existent customer service. When you finally manage to get connected to a member of staff you find an arrogant lier trying to be clever. Always seems to be the same arrogant person who answers the call and it does not matter which option you choose. He never gave me his name but nodded that he was the owner when asked wether he was the car park owner ! The "owner" or the person confirmed on the phone to me he received my emails and he will reply but never did!

Swiftairportparking does not reply to emails unless you manage to get through on the phone!

I strongly recommend not using this car park under any circumstances.

Unhelpful and unwilling to help. Even 1 star is too many zero would be more appropriate.

If i could provide a 0 star rating, I would! I returned to my car with stains on the driver seat and a can of redbull in the cup holder (not mine), along with some dirty tissues next to the gearbox. The staff also decided to steal my cigarettes and stupidly left the empty box behind.

The service is horrible and the management will not take any ownership or responsibility. I will now have to get my car valeted due to the incompetent staff member.

The staff were friendly and the drop off and pick up were very efficient. The positives end there. Our car tyre had been 'stabbed' whilst we were away. 2 holes/dents in our back tyre - contacted customer services 6 days ago and no reply. The staff on site said they couldn't do anything and only customer services can deal with issues. The cost of a new tyre is more than the price quoted for a 'proper' carpark at Luton. I wish we'd just paid a little more and parked in the mid-term car park. Will not be using Swift again.

Disgraceful.
This is the worst airport car park.
Staff are rude, wait ages for shuttle.
Save yourself the pain, and pay a little bit extra and use a decent company.

Used Swift in July on return from holiday waited 1 1/2 hours before they admitted they had lost my car key. They had to take me and my family home to collect my spare and return to airport to collect car. They do not answer emails, I’ve had NO compensation! Do NOT use! useless bunch of clowns dont care about customer service.

I had to book this parking because parking I used to book usually was busy. Want to admit, that as soon I arrive I can feel something negative and I knew it will be fun. For some reason, they unplugged my dash-cam, deleted all records from cam and I can see more mileage on screen (I took a photo when arrived there). Also inside car was a messy, but day before I wash my car inside and outside. When I ask receptionist about all of that, he told me that they park my car on other parking, what doesn’t make any sense because I paid for this parking and it’s doesnt explain the fact they turned off dash cam and deleted all records! So what was going on with my car while I was away I can only guess, but clearly I’m will never use that parking service again and will not recommend to any of my friends.

I haven't even used the parking & feel the urge to leave this review.
A change to my flight times by the airline means I needed to change the times I will be collecting my car.
Do you think I can get in touch with anyone at Swift. They don't answer the phone & they don't respond to any emails. I'd cancel them if I could get to speak to someone!

Dented/scratched the car. Didn't volunteer the fact that this had happened. No customer service. No resolution. No replies to phone calls. Unbelievably bad place to park your car. Go with Luton midterm.

They actually lost my car keys!! When I sent customer services a compliant they didn't even respond to me.
