I have so many good things to say about our drivers, service and speed. Our drivers where very time efficient and pleasant. Our first driver Philly was beyond helpful with the bags and we felt more than safe being driven by him. We had some problems whilst away and had to come home 3 days early and even though we had already booked and payed to be collected 3 days later our driver, Paul came the next morning on such short notice and waited 20 minutes for us to be ready to leave. We didn’t get charged any extra fees and the journey was smooth and quick.

Just used swift coach hire and really can't fault them. Plenty of communication before our trip. Our driver Adil was on time and pleasant. It made our holiday so much easier, there were four adults and two children. It took the hard work out of travel. Would definitely use swift coaches again and would reccomend anyone travelling as a group to use them.

Throughout our contact with Swift their performance, administration, customer service ethos has been nothing but disappointing crowned by their cancelling the service 1 week before the journey despite our having paid in full.
Their booking team did not read emails, fulfil their quote according to our request, and we did not receive any receipts for the payments.
Very disappointing - will not consider them in the future!

Punctual, friendly and professional driver.

Our taxi trip to and from Stansted airport was excellent. Everything ran just as it should starting with reassuring communication from the driver ahead of our trip. We liked the direct contact with the driver through WhatsApp and all our comments were quickly responded to. Our driver was lovely, polite, professional and kept everything perfectly on time. The car was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for all 6 of us and our luggage. Absolutely spot on. Thank you Swift coaches we will definitely use your service again.

Excellent service from arranging our transport. Easy to communicate too via WhatsApp. Our Driver Khalid very nice, polite and friendly.. helped with all the cases .. on time and kept in touch, especially on our return journey.
Would definitely use you again and recommend to anyone wanting to use your coaches/drivers.😁

Had a terrible experience. Had a stag do planned, pick up was at 1.30AM to stansted, I rang the guy at 1.30AM and he was still asleep. Was a very stressful experience, we made it to the airport just in time. The return journey was fine though, which is why I'm willing to give 2 stars. In future I would not book through this company. Tried contacting the emergency helpline while trying to reach the guy at 1.30AM and no response, so not much use of advertising that side of the service as no one is there answering the phone.

The booking was so easy. I'm not very good with technology but this was so easy. They were so efficient and understanding. Our flight times were changed and changes of addresses too but they were very accommodating and efficient in changing. The taxi who picked us up was on time and commicated with us to where he was and what time he would be with us. He was really polite. I had a coughing fit and he stopped and gave me water. Very good company. Would recommend and will use again.

We used Swift Coach Hire to take a group of 19 to Luton airport, plus return.
Price was the cheapest we found, and correspondence was timely throughout.
Drop off was on time, as was pick up for the return journey.
Definitely use Swift again, thank you very much.

We used Swift for our yearly excursion to Turkey 🇹🇷 for pur golf holiday, I must say the drivers both depart and return were excellent!
Very polite and completely professional in their conduct timekeeping and driving.

The price for the minibus was competitive, with regular contact and updates.
The minibus was on time, very clean, Khalid was our our driver and he was very good.

Amazing Service from Start to Finish. Everyone was do easy to deal with and very quick at responding to the millions of questions I had. Very happy with the bus and Hugh the Driver was amazing with Brownies. He kept in touch via text and was very prompt. And man can he pack a boot! Excellent service, price and customer service. Highly recommended.

Poor company. Let us down 24 hours before pick up as they claim the bus wasn't big enough for all our cases. Considering we booked this in November and they were fully informed of how many cases and people etc there would be and re checked the booking 3 weeks ago and was told all was ok. They then had the audacity to ask us for £300 extra for a bigger bus. Absolutely shocking company, do not use.

Booked for airport transport stating a golf trip for 12 people with cases. Minibus driver arrived on time but the Minibus was no way near big enough.The driver said that he wasnt told the're would be this much baggage. Ended up with golf bags in the aisle which if anything happened would stop us exiting the coach. Emailed the company on route to which I had no reply.
On getting to our bus on the way back we had an even smaller bus though the owner of the company who had be given the contract had taken the back seats out but still ended up with luggage in the aisle.
I can't fault the bus company as they were not given the correct information and did they're best to help.
If I had known SWIFT were just brokers I wouldn't have booked with them and never will again.

There attitude is absolutely disgusting I booked in march. They said they would secure the booking and I can pay at my convenience. (No timescale) I got a follow up message asking if I was happy with quote I said yes, I’d make deposit payment 7th April unfortunately I got admitted to hospital with a brain tumour so payment was last thing on my mind.
I then made payment by clicking the link that stated it still had availability. And then today I got a message saying no availability I then questioned why when it was apparently “secure” they said I can’t pay months later. I explained my situation and they were so unprofessional this was the actual email sent to me.

“We no longer have availability, as the quote was originally issued in March.

A reminder was sent 15 days later, to which you responded that you would make payment on the 7th of April. Today is the 21st of May.

Even when we hold a quote, it is only valid for 48 hours. In some cases, upon request, we may extend it up to a maximum of 14 days. Beyond that, we cannot guarantee availability—it becomes first come, first served, and whoever makes the payment secures the reservation.

I believe you are already aware of these ting very well, By your logic i should give you the driver and bus even you come after like 20 years later right ? just because i told you we have good avalability ( NICE ONE )”

I appreciate I paid 8week after but I was genuinely ill, why did they state I could pay at my convenience, and why did it still give me option to pay saying available also why was there no follow up email asking why I hadnt paid? Why was there no timescale given on when to pay the deposit other then at “your convenience”
then be so unprofessional?
I offered proof I got such a horrible response. An apology for not notifying me of the timescale is all it would have taken.. wonder if they will give my deposit back?

These where sent by WhatsApp all one after the other…before I blocked then had a number of calls in quick succession.

For some reason I can’t respond to their reply to this, but it shows you the attitude they had, I was not aggressive whatsoever I was questioning the questions I have written in this review. It was also 8 week not 3 month. You can see from their response how aggressive they actually are.
All it would have taken was I’m sorry we didn’t notify you of the holding timescale, I have however got my deposit back so it’s a blessing.
I also have screen shots of all the abuse they sent, that they actually tried deleting from the WhatsApp.
But I know exactly why they all of a sudden had no drivers… I got a quote in Jan and it was £1200. (Until they just mentioned this I wasn’t aware it was same company)
I was still looking for quotes in march and didn’t realise I had already had one from them.. they quoted me £685 in march.
At the start of the message saying they had no driver they asked me to clarify what quote I was paying for and if it was a single journey… take from that what you will.. they obviously under quoted and then think it’s acceptable to have tue most horrific customer service and then verbally abuse people.
Stay away, stay well away.

Spot on, on time, let us stop for a toilet break and no hassle whatsoever. Leeds to Liverpool and back and no issues at all. Very responsive and would use again!
