Swift education are an incredible recruitment company. All the staff have been very helpful and have great communication skills. Jordan has provided myself with ongoing support and helped me with my LSA journey. Would recommend them to anyone who is looking to gain employment within the education system.

I feel like the team takes the time to understand what you’re looking for and pairs you with roles well, I have had a lovely time at my school so far.
Communication and onboarding is also A+, you can trust that they’re doing their bit behind the scenes to get everything in order for you which is great. Highly recommend.

In exception to other agencies Swift feels personal. Agents have been genuine, honest and therefore hard to find fault with. The agents are transparent with each booking and I understand the journey and nature of schools before agreeing to placements. I would happily recommend Frank and his operation to friends.

I signed up with Swift before I arrived in the UK. They came highly recommended and it was great to speak with Frank by phone & video to get a clear idea of what I needed to do and could expect from supply teaching in London. Staff at Swift communicate well and give you a real sense that they care - checking in after being sent to new schools and working with you to find work in areas and year levels that suit you best.

Swift are really personable people who are efficient and eager to get you settled into work. Highly recommend!

The team at Swift Education are absolutely excellent. Jordan was extremely professional and helpful in all of his communication with me. He secured a position for me in a school near my location very swiftly and always followed up with me regarding any issues or just to check in. He is always communicative and willing to help with a smile. Ebony processed all my documents quickly and kept me in the loop through the whole process. After speaking to a few agencies, this one stood out the most and the staff really are fantastic people. Highly recommended if you're seeking a teaching, TA or supply role.

Throughout my employment with Swift I have had a fantastic experience. Swift has always been very accommodating to my needs in terms of finding me a good school that is easily accessible by transport from my home and second job.

I was new to teaching when joining Swift and nervous about the career change when I first started, however the Swift team were very supportive and made the transition easy. The team are very responsive and always ready to provide help if needed and would regularly check in to see how I was going.
