Very very poor quality items for such a high price. Items do not look like the advertised pictures neither in shape nor color.
Buyer Beware!
Spend your money somewhere else. A five-dollar worth item is sold for $35 on this website. The sweater I received is nothing similar to picture; crooked cut and stitches and dull colors and it smells like chemicals.

If I could, would give zero stars, wish I had looked here before purchasing. Quality is shocking, cannot even make out the hearts on them, simply blobs. Very disappointing. Overall quality is very poor. Primark significantly better which is quite the statement when considering price difference!!! Do not purchase. Will be interested to see how customer support handles my return/refund request.

Very poor quality for an item with such a high price. I bought the heart tights and after wearing for one hour they had lots of small holes all over the knee. Contacted customer service as the product was clarly faulty but they refused to do anything about it saying i was outside of the 14 day window for return or refund. I pointed out that if a product is faulty this window is null and void and they have just ignored me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Received the item flawed. And when it was worn, it tore from several sides (like really big tears).
One would think that an item with this high price could have some quality to it. But no, the quality is SO POOR I do not recommending buying from this website.
I wish I had seen the reviews here before buying these and throwing my money in the trash along with their tight.

Abysmal quality. Truly awful products all round. Returned all items bar one pair of faux leather leggings. Already peeling after one wear.

Not happy with the product quality. Will be sending my order straight back with labels! They also sent an incorrect item.

My toes had holes on both feet from just one wear! They have a 14-day return policy, so didn’t allow me to return (I did send a picture two months later, which I understand is late, but we all know those companies that would still honor the return because they recognize that I had a bad experience with the product). The bigger issue is why did I get holes so quickly in the first place? The burden is on the customer then to fix a situation for something they paid a lot for.

HORRIBLE PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE - DO NOT BUY!! I purchased a pair of fleece tights. They arrived with a horrible chemical smell. I tried to return for a refund and got the run around saying they were shipped from Germany and I would have to send them back to Germany (however the return address on the package was in California). They offered me a 20% refund. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and got my money back. Again, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! IT IS A SCAM!!!

Awful. I so wanted these to be great. Purchased them in October and waited til it was a cold day to wear them which was November 30th. Put them on, very comfortable. Went to put my shoes on- hole in the toe! I emailed the company and they refused to honor my refund bc it was outside the 14 day return window. Total waste of my money. Do not buy this product!

Tights were snagged and tearing after one use in an office environment where all you do is sit all day.

I bought Pickufab shirts, they look very like these advertised on Pinterest as Swiftmis. Pickufab is a con job. Why Pinterest would give these people a platform is beyond me.

The quality is horrendous and they WILL NOT REFUND you the money!
First, it took a whole month to receive the product.
Then, I wore the tights only once and they started running at the toes on both sides. Additionally, they were covered in fuzz balls after just one use ( I haven't even washed them at this point).
When I reached out to the customer service, it took them 3 weeks and 4 emails from my side to even acknowledge the receipt of my email. I sent multiple requests for a refund (pictures of damaged product were attached). They completely ignored my multiple requests for a refund even though it hasn't been 14 days yet and offered a replacement. I told them in several emails that I did not want a replacement, but rather a refund, and they ignored my request and stopped responding to my emails.
I've left maybe 3 reviews in my entire life, but this company truly deserves an honest (and bad) review and not the glowing 5-star reviews they have on their website! Please don't buy from them, waste of money!

I received a pair of the leggings as a gift from my daughter. I wore them 3 times and on each foot I noticed there was 3 vertical runs beginning at my toes and about 3 inches up. I contacted the company and was told that my purchase was over 14 days old and that they would not do anything to rectify the problem. I truly don’t understand why they don’t guarantee their product for a longer period. After 3 uses is not long shelf life for what they advertised for the longevity of this pair of leggings, which are supposed to be tear resistant. Beware there leggings are not run resistant

I am updating this review as I finally received my package with the items intact.

I ordered over a month ago and followed the tracking/shipping information, which says received at the post office in my state, but I have not received my order. I cannot reach anyone after multiple attempts. I am deeply disappointed! DO NOT ORDER!!! Please DO NOT fall victim. If they send my order, I will amend my review, but at this time, they have stolen from me and will not respond to inquiries.

Pretty tights, but they are so tight they don’t come past my knees , even tho I went up 2-3 sizes. They’re definitely not tall girl friendly!! So if you have longer legs, do not buy these!
I tried to return them, but they never return MY emails, so I had to dispute the charge with my bank. BUYER BEWARE.

Really surprised by the negative reviews. I loved my caramel tights which fit perfectly, great quality, no rips. So I ordered the socks and leggings. Hope they arrive!

Don’t order tights from here. The tights started to tear at the seems within 1 wear. I contacted customer services to say it was a manufacturing fault and they refused to refund me, saying it’s been over 14 days, even though manufacturing fault is a consumer right for refund and doesn’t come under the 14 days. This company just want your money and don’t care about the quality

I never received my product. I reached out to them twice and still nothing.

They used Evri as a courier who stole my package by forging someone else’s signature.

Worst customer service

This brand has stolen from a black woman owned brand called Melanin Fleece Tights who created the fleece lined tights for black and brown women. I almost bought from them thinking that they were the original creators since they marketed being as such. When I did more research, I came across the original creator. They developed and released the exact colors months before SwiftMay started marketing them to women of color. They even stole their story word for word. This is a white-owned brand targeting women of color and lying to them about making fleece tights for them when it was a black brand that did! 😠 Such a shame! When I left a comment on their Instagram to see what they had to say, they deleted my comment and blocked me...didn't even dispute it. I'm writing this to let more people know! BUYERS BEWARE!

I received two - excited- they rip very easily one wear and wash the toes and knees have holes. The second pair opened yesterday- two rips in the thighs. Tried to contact them for a replacement etc. They are ghost. Save your coins- shame on Swiftmay great marketing though.
