I really love my big swig cup
I really love my big swig cup! The beautiful blue swirls really makes me happy and the non skid bottom is great! Well, it did fall off once and when I found it, I was able to just push it back on. I havenât had any leak issues with the lid, but despite not putting it in the dishwasher, the colors are wearing off and my soft sponge seems to push the flaking colors away. Boo hoo

My friend and I tried the new Swig in Indian Land, SC. We are not soda drinkers, but figured we would give it a try since it was new. We waited about 30 minutes in line. I ordered The Tropic and my friend had the Buttered Beer. The young lady taking the order came to the car and asked us what size we wanted and we both said "small." We even turned down the AC so she could hear us repeat the size again...SMALL. When she calculated the order, It was a few dollars more than we had calculated and we wondered what happened. When we got to the window, they handed us large (32oz) cups!!! I even commented that this couldn't be a small. Then they said they couldn't fix it because we already paid for it. No refund, no coupon, no nothing. Needless to say the drinks were a concoction of underwhelming sugar...disgusting! We made the same mess in the 80's when you pushed all the sodas into one cup from the fountain machine. I will stick to flavoring my own water and saving me $5 to do it.
Thieving, unethical, fraudulent company SWIG LIFE
Placed an order. Upon receiving the shipment confirmation and seeing odd activity with the package in transit, diverted to different locations further away from delivery address than the original dispatch state, I wrote in to inquire about the status of the order. My subject line containing the original order number was changed by them on response to âswig drinks orderâ and a 2nd response (first being the automated one) advised me that I have Swig Life confused with another company and that I should reach out to them âhelpfullyâ providing their website (swig drinks). Problem is that my order was very much with Swig Life. Iâve followed up multiple times clarifying that I was attempting to contact the correct company and for them to track my order via number and or email associated with the order. Each time, same pattern: first an automated email and then another saying the exact same thing re: having them confused with another company. Itâs completely non-sensical. Not a single word of my inquiries was addressed. âCustomer service specialistâ signature does not contain anyoneâs name, suspect they are in another country using boiler plate responses to confuse poor customers looking for their order or resolution to order issues. Thereâs no phone number on site. Instagram account is fake with clearly fake followers and of no real help. As of this moment no one actually acknowledged the issue nor addressed my inquiries. Yet the money was taken weeks ago when original order was placed. Fraud in the clearest sense of the word. Stay away unless you want to give away your money (up to you).
Need larger water bottles
The 20oz water bottle can't even fit the smallest piece of ice. It might as well be a baby bottle.
Also, design choice is slim to none.

It was incredibly easy to file a claim, I have an email from customer service within an hour telling me a new one was on the way, and it arrived within a couple of days - faster than my original order. Would 100% buy from them again. I was super impressed!
NOT SO "Glow In the Dark".
I ordered the Halloween "GLOW IN THE DARK" Mega Mug last year. (Jack-O-Lanterns) --- It does NOT glow in the dark. I've set it under lights, in the sun, basically tried everything to "charge it" to glow. It does NOT. AND there is NO PLACE to leave a review on their website.
Nearly Nonexistent Customer Service with a Lengthy & Unnecessary Return/Replacement Process
I ordered a Swig Cooler in May to use during this summer. It was delivered with the inside insert broken in multiple places. Your customer service is difficult to navigate and causes a lengthy process.
I waited and filled out a warranty and a replacement insert arrived today, MONTHS LATER after ya'll were advised immediately back in May that it arrived broken and THIS one is Broken also! and it is MONTHS later and I have no cooler to use which is costing me more money.
They Also have refused my request for replacement stoppers. It's hit or miss if they will stay in a particular bottle and I'm always having to catch it and put it back in place. 2 of my water bottles were delivered without one.
Although I buy quite a bit in Swig Products I want my Money back and I will NEVER order from Swig again.
I wanted to love this company
I wanted to love this company. I got a coffee cupas a gift. I loved the shape, size and the metal handle. Kept coffee really hot. So I went to their website and bought some items on sale. One was the 20oz water bottle. Worked great until the rubber stopper plug came out and was lost. Its small and wasn't noticed until trying to figure out why it wad leaking when turned sideways. I filed a claim online. All I wanted was a replacement stopper. No, they said it was on clearance so they wouldn't replace the water bottle. They don't have a replacement part either. They wanted to give me a coupon for the price of the item. This does me no good. I couldn't find a bottle for the clearance price. Why wouldn't they have a replacement part. Oh, made in China!

To Swig or NOT to SwigâŠ
I was so excited to try Swig for the first time and although the service was friendly for sure, my first âswigâ of my drink was met with disgust. Some kind of unidentified nail polish or paint chip was in my mouth and it gagged me immediately. The drink itself was way too sweet but I probably would have been able to get through some of it had it not been for the foreign object in there as well.

Cup came with out a bottom tried to claim a warranty they informed me that they could not give the matching replacement it was black or aqua that there was nothing they can do for the price I paid the least they could do is send me a color matched replacement that came on the cup does okay with keeping temp but there are cheaper better options with better customer service I recommend just buying the brand you want and get a dupe made! I was hoping for a better experience but basically got told screw off will not purchase their products again after this. Should not have to replace the entire cup for the bottom bumper that should had been on it to begin with! This was my first and last experience and product with them.

My backpack cooler zipper disintegrated after a little over a year, and is no longer covered. It was kept in side a controlled climate and never got wet. No longer under warranty, now have to throw out. I paid over $100 for it.

Swiglife made an unethical and harmful post about OCD, OCD specialists have tried their best to inform them and make them aware of tha issue and kindly told them to take down the post, by making Swiglife aware of the harmful content in an informative way, but they've decided to block everybody who has commented on their post trying to inform them about their harmful material, they've blocked nearly or every single individual who has tried to make them take this down. I am very disapointed with a company treating their customers this way.

Spreading misinformation about an already very misunderstood illness as a method of promoting their product
âSwiglifeâ recently posted on Instagram a post which read âOCD - obsessive cup disorder.â Unfortunately, when called out on their mistake, instead of taking on the comments and admitting they made a mistake, they deleted the comments of everyone who tried to inform them. Furthermore, they proceeded to block all accounts trying to combat the error.
For those who are not aware, OCD stands for obsessive compulsive disorder and is a highly disabling and distressing anxiety disorder. OCD nearly claimed my life (and the lives of many others) and ought not to be made out to be a joke. Itâs this kind of misinformation that makes it so hard to find appropriate help and allows us to deteriorate until we are in critical condition.
Do better.
