Easy! They always know exactly what I need and have pleanty of advice on the best ways to manage my pool.

Very helpful and explained everything fully

Bill the owner was really helpful and very patient in giving us advice about setting up our new pool. He recommended products and didn't try and oversell. We will continue to go to Swimart Mona Vale for our pool needs.

Were able to fit in my job with a few days notice, picked up the pump that needed fixing. Dropped it back but it was leaking, apparently could not be tested due to low water level. I called to raise the issue with the office but was told it was probably a old o-ring and I needed to buy a new one. When I was able to inspect the o-ring I could see it was not worn, but rather that the pump had not been re-installed correctly. I emailed regarding my concerns a few times and eventually got a simple reply that they would come and fix the issue in a few days, which they did. Price was a bit steeper than they had estimated and I found the staff to be rude, even given the issues with covid. I would not choose to use their services again.

Fast, efficient and professional service

The team at Swimart Mona Vale are fantastic! Super helpful and very friendly.

I had very sick robotic cleaner which I ask Swimart to diagnose.
We paid the $55 quote fee but in the end it was Terminal.

We asked Swimart for a quote on some options ..
and then we researched online and bought a new one.

They did save all the useful parts for us and disposed of the rest.

All in all a good experience with them.
