For over 20 years roof solar was installed and serviced. New ownership. Rang on 2nd Dec made arrangements with Emily for Annual inspection (for 7th). Was advised Steve will call prior. No one arrived followed up to be told 'no record'. Totally passive aggressive. Icing on cake instead of 'hey we Totally forgot it was no record of your details you never called us!

This is the best pool shop I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. The new management are wonderful, happy to please and go the extra mile to help not just me, but all my friends with pools, to make their customers happy. Do yourself a favour and GO TO SWIMART NEW LAMBTON!!!!!

Having just purchased a house with a pool I was becoming increasingly frustrated at knowing what to do, how to clean it and understanding all of the equipment. Despite having someone come in monthly to do the checks it just wasn’t enough, the pool needed more and I didn’t know how to do it.
So I went into Swimmart and expressed my concerns. Stephen took the time to explain the sand filter, why we need to “vacuum” the pool regularly then even came out to my pool checked the filter settings and advised which dolphin to get. Since then my children are swimming almost daily. Thank goodness! Thank you Stephen this is how you turn a reluctant pool owner into a loyal customer.

Alan was very helpful when helping us with the heating of our pool. He provided data to make our decision. The job was done within the month which meant we could use our pool quickly in this beautiful weather. Alan and his assistant installed everything themselves efficiently and professionally and most importantly COVID safe. He gave advice in regards to care of the pool, not to drum up more business for himself but for my closest pool shop. A genuinely lovely helpful man. I would highly recommend Alan and Swimart.

Absolutely excellent. We are stuck in lockdown and Swimart took care of everything from new filter and pump, electricity, filling the pool and even a new hose! Highly recommend.
