Items ordered were never received. No communication or it's like you are talking to a robot. This is a scam company.

I was about to order but I change my mind after reading the reviews. I decided NO is not worth it. My money will go the way as other reviewers experince.

I was going to order the swimete autumn/winter jacket. After reading a persons negative review, I will not!!!!!

ordered products and never received. they wanted to reship at my cost which would have cost me the same as buying again. could not get satisfaction. swimete showed paypal they had a delivery slip to my address, but i never received the products. were they left at someone elses door on my street or a different street by mistake? who knows ... all i know, is if a delivery company says they dropped the item at your door ... your screwed .... i'm out over $200 and no watches!! and no satisfaction for any refund!

Was unfortunate enough to be taken in by the promo photos of the Women's Autumn and Winter Woolen (sp) Coat recently advertised on Facebook. Another Chinese rip-off. Cost NZ$78.65 (Sale price) is worth about $15 - if that. Nothing like the illustration, and nothing like the description of fabric or garment. Another lesson learned.

I paid the amount for the blood glucose monitoring watch. NEVER RECEIVED!!!!!!!!
ANOTHER LOWLIFE THAT REFUSES TO WORK FOR A LIVING BUT IS EAGER TO GET OUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

Swimete is a fraud. What they advertise their watch will do is untrue. They know this. I bought a watch that they advertise will monitor blood glucose. The reading on the watch were always normal BG readings. Other blood glucose tests, administered at the same time, were vastly different. They are headquartered in China and try to tell you that you can only return the watch to their HQ in China. They hope that the extra costs of returning merchandise to China will prevent people from returning the watch. They have a Service Center in the US that they mail the watch from. They claim all returns much be shipped to China. Do not expect them to tell you truth. They just want your money. They have no intention of providing quality customer service. Their watches do not operate as advertised.

The watch readings for blood pressure and blood glucose are NOT consistent with more accepted forms of accurate, professional measurement. Way out in fact, also the watch is NOT up to IP67 as stated. After a very short exposure to water it is now defunct! Don't waste your money. Useless product!

A scam company in my opinion! DO NOT BUY!
The watch measurements of Blood Glucose and Bloodpressure are more then 50% off the actual values.
The information on the Swimete website is misleading and after the facts they indicate that the measurements are "rough"....while they advise you can do away with the traditional "painful" method by simply using their toy-watch. Now they want €30,00 shipping cost in order to receive a refund....

Swimete has now sent me a refund without the requirement of returning the watch.

It's just a toy. The strap for the watch might just fit a five year old. Waited ages for it to arrive as well.

I ordered the wrist watch monitor to hopefully remove the need for me to complete fingerprick tests to monitor my blood sugar. Unfortunately, while the watch worked well, I compared the result to my normal (calibrated) meter. The watch was so inaccurate as to be useless. It was the same for the blood pressure readings.

What a shame :-(

Vengono gadget elettronici online. Probabilmente cinesi. Trovato su TikTok e Instagram. Acquisto uno smartwatch con consegna prioritaria. Dopo alcuni giorni non ricevo info sulla spedizione. Mi rispondono via mail c'è non posso consegnare per "nuovo Covid". Apro contestazione con PayPal e mi chiedono di chiudere il reclamo PayPal altrimenti non possono rimborsare. Da allora varie mail sempre sullo stesso tono. Insomma ... una truffa !!!
