I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering. Item not arrived. They do not answer the phone and do not respond to emails.

Tyr Alliance 45 l swim bag - excellent service
Very competitive price, cheapest I could find. Easy ordering process. Product took 6 days to arrive on standard delivery, which was fine as I wasn't in a hurry for the product. Very well and securely packed. Would definitely use SwimSpace again although the range of products available is currently limited for my needs.

SwimSpace からの回答
Hi Riley,
I'm sorry to hear the item took so long to get you. I can see you placed your order on the 2nd July at 11pm in the evening, we dispatched this on the 3rd July on a 48 hour service with Royal Mail. The item should have arrived with you on the 5th. Apologies if it arrived any later than this.
