For once everything was perfect unlike other companies. From the beginning entering the website the information given was very helpful in understanding the right product for my Imprinted concrete drive. any doubts I had the response from Phil was very prompt and reassuring I was choosing the correct product. Unlike other companies Swiss Seal gave information on using their product and conditions the seal should be applied

I recently purchased 2 bottles of driveway sealant and color restorer. Unfortunately there seemed to be a slight difference in the colour between the two bottles and I emailed to ask how to solve the problem. Mr Phil Egan and his team at Color Pave, Manchester responded straight away and to my surprise I have today received two replacement bottles to redo the entire area. What wonderful customer service. I will definitely deal with this company again in the future. Congratulations on your excellent customer service

Needed to use something different on my printed concrete drive but after checking in with one of your on line colleagues it seems l chose the wrong product but I’ve used what l purchased and I’ll see how long it lasts

Only put on the 1st coat at the moment because of weather change, very pleased with the outcome so far

Arrived on time. A very smooth ordering process. The colour is slightly darker than expected but still looks very nice on a battered old patio slabs. It has breathed new life into the very worn slabs.....which a lot of people would have just ripped up and started again. I chose this over paint as I liked the variation in colour that this produced rather than a look which looks like you just painted the patio. Very strong fumes especially if you are using a paint brush to apply. All in all I am very pleased with the outcome.

An outstanding quality product with great sales, service and delivery. I use 25 litres of this Gloss red block paving sealer every 2 to 4 years and once the block paving is coated and totally dry we often have problems with deliveries as it really does look very wet. Many people from our cul-de-sac have asked about the Swiss Seal product and I only wish I was on commission. I am so impressed I will forward a photo to the supplier.

My delivery was damaged, so I sent an email with pictures and still have not had a reply 1 week later. After chasing with a second email it looks like the original email had slipped the net and new part been sent out.

Great customer experience. I would recommend them. I purchased 2x 20l drums of sealant. I only ended up using 1 and they collected the unused 20l drum and refunded me, no problem. The sealant was light brown/satin/anti-slip. It looks great and was easy to apply with a roller. Only time will tell its longevity. Happy customer.
