However, as outlined in our policy, we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been opened and used. This is due to health and safety regulations, which prevent us from reselling or restocking such products.

As we previously explained by email, hemp is a natural, plant-based extract, and like any agricultural product, the colour and taste of the oil can vary slightly from batch to batch depending on the season. This is entirely normal and does not impact the strength or quality of the CBD in the product.

To ensure full transparency and quality, every batch we produce is lab-tested by an independent third-party laboratory, and the results are always available to view on our website.
