j’ai été acheté un IPad pour mes études. Étants étudiantes et n’ayant déjà pas beaucoup de moyen je prends l’IPad le moins chère. La vendeuse a insisté pour me faire signer pleins de contrat en m’assurant que c’était gratuit etc, et que je toucherais un cash back de plus de 40€ que je n’ai jamais touché. Ça fait 6 semaines que j’ai mon IPad et ils m’ont déjà déboursé plus de 215€…

Stay away from Switch. Horrible sellers experience in louvain la neuve spent 3
4000 euris for mac book iphone 13 early oct. service paid to transfer from iphone to iphone did not work spent 5h in the shop due to 2 mistakes by the sellers, they apologized but still did not refund for the transfer paid & failed.still waiting for my cash back of 250 euros as per the fidelity card they push selling to force customers purchase with worse ever customer services (robot like answering your email with no fit for purpose). Last but not least the macbook ordered a qwerty but got delivered an azerty with 2 months waiting my cash back when it was paid cash. I urge people to stay away from this shop and simply go to apple where customers service is at the core of employees education & quality in everything they do. They take your money without product delivery. Worst experience ever. Feels like robbery.
(I will take legal action on promises not fulfilled regarding cash back & services paid & failed (this is criminal 5h in a shop for failed transfer of iphone)
