Great streamlined experience

Great streamlined experience with Zinnia in assisting me to switch to a better electricity deal for both our properties. I really enjoyed the time saving tool of emailing a link for me to fill in all my details, freeing up business time for me. Zinnia was very polite, patient and professional without being pushy. Would happily use them again.

fingers crossed

the team were persistent in wanting to help me and got me to sign up. it appears on my current usage i stand to save about $200 a year and the team were helpful during the sign up process

Big Improvement

This was a great experience filing in the information with a person guiding you rather than having a a whole lot of data read out to you and then being asked to agree.
The person guiding me was extreme helpful and patient.
