I have just moved my business energy supplier with the help of Lorraine Carey who made the whole process simple (done from start to finish in 20 minutes) and actually fun - Lorraine was an absolute star and a delight to talk to!

I have recently changed over using Switch My Business and with the help of Luke Hibbert made this a really easy process.

I had a much better experience this time renewing my contract, request to use via e mail and was happy to do so, other companies wanted to bombard you all day every day. Luke Hibbert is who I dealt with, no pressure at all, and always there to help, customer always comes first.. Hopefully he will be there next time when I need to renew. Thanks Luke.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Luke Hibbert who did a great job of finding us a better deal for our business electricity. Luke couldn't have been more helpful and was super efficient. Such a nice guy. I would highly recommend.

I don't usually leave reviews but today would like to leave one about Mark Weeks, SME. Our business needed to switch suppliers, I spoke with Mark who found the best deal for us. I struggled somewhat with finalising our part of the contract but Mark was very patient and helped me to complete. We had one or two hiccups with the company and once again an email to Mark and within hours the problems were solved. He is a great asset to SME and I would have no hesitation in recommending SME to business associates.

Very easy switch , Jack Coyle was professional and efficient and gave me all the information I needed to make the decision to change electricity suppliers.

I have been asked on several occasions to switch with different companies promising huge discounts only to find these discounts have hidden charges that weren't shown to me. Then Michael called out of the blue to offer yet another discount but I listened to what he had to say and he has actually saved me £130 on my energy bill. Very smooth process helped along by Michael's knowledge of his product and easy to follow instructions. I would definitely recommend using his services

Cheryl was super helpful and matter of fact. I personally have no time for waffle when trying to manage business bills, I need to get straight to the point!

My business has been heavily affected by the Coronavirus, and Cheryl understood and did what she could to help us find the best deal for my business.
