False Advertising and No Refund

UPDATE 2: It's now nearly 4 months after the initial issue and longer since my order was completed. The same day that I'm writing this update, the company finally decided to respond to my review here on Trustpilot. In the response, they claim that my order was never successfully processed. That's interesting since I was charged for it. Not a great business practice to charge for something without being able to confirm the order. If this is in fact true, then that would explain why I never got a confirmation email. Since I was charged, though, I gave the company the benefit of the doubt and waited for the product. According to the response, they're willing to give me a refund if I can provide "a valid transaction ID, receipt, or payment confirmation." The best I would be able to do is provide a bank statement showing that I was charged. However, this is weak proof at best considering the bank statement doesn't prove that they haven't refunded me. I hypothesize that they would also exercise plausible deniability because they charged me under a different company name: "Cosplay Collectibles Newcastle Upo".

The funny thing is that I actually DO have an order number now. This response form the company has prompted me to look into my email to double check for any other communications I've missed. It turns out that 2.5 months after my initial order (when they also charged me), and a month and a half after I was promised a refund, I received an email saying that my order was unsuccessful. How convenient! Except, it says it was unsuccessful because there was "an issue with your payment method." No there wasn't. I was charged. They have my money. What's more interesting is that the amount that the email says didn't go through is a different amount than what they actually charged me. So they can't even get the story straight on how much the transaction was supposed to be for. So how useful is this new order number? Probably not useful in the slightest.

I also want to make clear that I DID in fact receive something. This is another place where Swords Kingdom can't keep their story straight. Originally, via email, I was told that "we were suppose to sent you the metal one might be a mistake from our dispatched department..." And yes, that is exactly the grammar and punctuation that was used in the email. But in this new response, the company says the unsuccessful processing of the order could be "why no item was dispatched from our side." Well which is it? Was it a dispatch mistake or did the company never send anything? Did I just happen to receive an item from a completely unrelated source that just happened to be a flimsy knockoff of the exact thing I ordered right around the time I ordered it? I think not.

Finally, in my last update, I posited that Swords Kingdom might be holding my money hostage waiting for this review to be taken down since they asked me to do so. Of course, in their latest response, they claim that "we do not hold or withhold any customer funds under any circumstances." That's a pretty sterile response that you would expect from any business. However, let's go back to when I said that I discovered that "unsuccessful order" email. I also found another email sitting in my junk mail from Swords Kingdom. That email is from a few days ago. In the email, they once again apologize for what has happened and ask that I remove this review. Classy. Here's what they said at the end of the email: "We kindly request that you consider removing the negative feedback. Once you confirm the removal, we will be more than happy to discuss and proceed with your return and refund promptly." So yes, they have claimed they are withholding my refund until this review is removed. That's not happening. Don't buy from this company.

UPDATE: It’s been roughly a month now since I requested a refund. I received a relatively quick response from the company saying that they would provide “a 100% full refund” within “24-48 hours.” They then sent a follow up email with one of my least favorite business practices; they asked that I take down my negative review. One month later, I still have no refund. I’m starting to think they’re holding my money hostage until this review is removed
 which is exactly why it’s staying up.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I paid a hefty price for the Arya Stark Catspaw Dagger, and they charged me an extra $30 for shipping. That’s understandable since the weight is supposed to be almost a pound, and it’s meant to be made out of several different metals. When it arrived, though, what I got was a foam replica that didn’t include the free sheath that was promised in the description. The thing barely weighs an ounce, so I don’t know what they did with my $30 shipping charge. It’s nowhere close to what’s advertised. Currently waiting on a response regarding my refund.

Order Not Received and no reply to contact

Despite what it says on their website, I have not experienced “lighting fast dispatch” or “responsive customer support”. In fact, I have experienced the exact opposite.
I placed my order on the 3rd August 2025 and immediately there were problems. I received an email on the 4th August 2025 to say they had an issue with the website and it hadn’t charged a shipping fee which they asked me to pay at the price of $35.00. I then received an identical email on the 5th August 2025 but with a shipping price of $40.00.
I politely emailed asking for clarification of the price and received a response full of apologies confirming the price was in fact $35.00 and I promptly paid this on the 6th August 2025 and received an email the same day confirming receipt of payment and that the order would be dispatched the next day and received no later than the 10th August 2025.
I didn’t receive the order and then received an email on the 15 August to say there was an issue with the item being damaged and it had failed inspection and being returned so it would be dispatched the week commencing the 18th August 2025 but this email didn’t include any tracking number.
After I hadn’t received anything further and no item had arrived and I was starting to get nervous, I emailed on the 20th August 2025 asking for an update on the order and a tracking number and I received no response.
I have since reached out several times by email on the 25th and the 26th and received no reply so I tried to webchat and while on webchat I received an email full of apologies yet again and promising to look into it and “get it sorted” by the 27th August 2025. The only response I received through webchat was to confirm they had sent me an email and will look into it the next day.
The 27th came and went and I hadn’t received any email as promised so I emailed again on the 28th and once again have been met with no reply.
I have been on the webchat on the 31 August 2025 and once again received no reply and have filled out their online form on the 31 August 2025 and given them a timescale of 2 days to get back to me with a response and they have failed to do this.
I have now contacted my bank to request the payment to be returned but this can take up to 30 days.
If I receive a response and the item in the meantime, I will be happy to update this review.

At the time of dispatch, the parcel was in perfect condition and handed over to the courier company for delivery.

Unfortunately, during transit, the shipment was reported as lost by FedEx. Once a parcel is handed over to a third-party courier service, the delivery process is managed entirely by them, and situations such as this, while rare, are beyond our direct control.

I had the misfortune of working with


I had the misfortune of working with Ahmed Mir, and I strongly advise everyone to stay far away from his company. He does not pay salaries—I had to go through hell just to leave the company, and even then, he stole my salary. Completely unethical and shameless.

As for the products, don’t be fooled. The so-called "premium swords" sold by his company are nothing more than cheap replicas worth no more than $10-15. He markets them as high-end collectibles, but they are mass-produced knockoffs.

This guy is a fraud, a liar, and runs his operation like a con artist. If you're thinking of working with him or buying from him—think again.

A brilliant replica of Anduril
