Regarding the initial concern raised by your partner about the bike's derailleur upon receipt, we provided video support and guidance for a minor adjustment, as suggested by the manufacturer. Despite our efforts, you chose to have the adjustment done at a local bicycle shop, agreeing to cover the associated costs by providing a receipt.

Five months later, a new issue was brought to our attention by your partner. We requested picture or video evidence, which you provided and we shared. Based on the information received, the manufacturer confirmed that the issue could be addressed at a local bicycle shop. We kindly asked you to share the receipt for our records.

In dealing with such matters, we consistently request customers to provide visual evidence to offer the most effective support. We are sorry to hear that Peter. Please will you provide us more information with regards to the issue you are still having with your scooter? From our recent correspondence via our online chat service we had requested further information from you via video support which will allow us to help identify any issues which you are experiencing and to help you find resolve. We are sorry to hear that you have not received your replacement charger as of yet. We were unaware of this matter until now and we have sent you an email today to follow this up with you and we have attached the proof of confirmation of our request for a new charger with the manufacturer, which had been already approved. We wish to confirm that your replacement charger was shipped shortly after. As you have still not received the charger We will arrange another charger for you.
