We are sorry that you feel this way about the service which we have provided to you. I wish to confirm that your order was placed with us on the 18th of August and it was delivered to you on the 23rd of August. After receiving notification from you regarding this issue which you had raised. We listened and we acted swiftly. We have since collected your scooter from your address, which was Fri 27th August, and received your scooter on the 31st Aug after the Bank holiday. We have asked kindly for your patience whilst your scooter is properly assessed over the next two days. The scooter must be checked entirely before any decision can be made to replace or refund. We have confirmed that your order is in sequential order to be assessed soon by our technical team and a report will be provided to help us in our decision-making process in dealing with all returns. We fully understand your frustration and that you want a decision immediately. We have processes in place in handling all returns and wish to reassure you that your return is in hand and a decision will be made shortly. Thank you for taking the time to leave us your thoughts. We are sorry you feel this way about our service to you. Since your initial communication with us, we had swiftly responded to all your messages and a replacement mudguard was ordered for you straight away, which you should receive this week, we have also provided you with an instruction video on how to replace the mudguard, which is incredibly simple to do. Please note that It's not in anyone's interest to send out damaged goods. Damage to the mudguard could only have happened during transportation. It would not have simply been packed into the box in the way you have suggested. We welcome all feedback as long as it's fair and proportionate to the service and products we provide to our customers. Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We are sorry to hear you are experiencing punctures. Please make sure the tires are pumped up correctly. They should be pumped betwen 40-50 Psi. The best way to guage your tire pressure is with a bicycle pump, you can then also measure the Psi with the bicycle pump gauge. If the tires aren't correctly pumped with the right pressure, then punctures may occur, especially with high performance electric scooters. We hope you manage to correct this. Thank you for your feedback. To confirm your order was placed on the 21st of June and was shipped out on the 23rd of June after a little handling time. We are pleased to see, that your order did arrive to you safely and was received on the 2nd of July.

On each product page an ETA is displayed for each product listed. If the ETA displays 5 - 10 Business days. Then the item is imported from the EU and the import duty is paid in advance. If the ETA is between 2 - 5 business days then the product is shipped from our UK distribution centre. We deeply regret that we were unable to fulfill your order on this occasion and we do apologize for any inconveniece this may have caused to you. We understand that you needed your order sooner than what our shipment timeframe stipulates. For our domestic shipments delivery is made within 2-4 business days. Our timeframe for some of our products still stands at 5-10 business days. This is depending on which product you purchase and if we need to import it in from our EU distribuion centre or not. The shipment eta is reflected on our product page for all our customers to review. We are very transparent in how we ship our goods and the shipment process, which is all outlined in our shipment policy. We had communicated with you throughout the shipment process and had explained that your order would be shipped from our EU distribution center. A tracking number was then provided to you, and we had confirmed with you that your order had arrived in Germany after 3 days in transit from Poland. It was then being prepared for its onward journey to the UK. We did explain in our correspondence, that there is a process in place which needs to be followed when importing goods into the UK. We had reassured you that your order will be delivered to you within our stated shipment timeframe of 5-10 business days. We accept you weren't prepared to wait for us to follow through with this process. So for this reason, and as you have confirmed, we immediately actioned a full refund for you. We always do our best to communicate with our customers and to deliver our goods on time. 9/10 this is achieved. We had recieved notification from you yesterday that your scooters battery compartment had fallen out and the screws all came out suddenly. I wish to note that we sell many Aovo scooters and we have never seen such an occurance happen before, especially for a 3 week old scooter.

Our engineer had provided us with a detailed report, and had noted that the label on the battery had changed color, which would indicate that the scooter has been affected by water. Our engineer has also noted that the scooter in this video is a much older scooter, and deffinitely not a scooter which we sold you. Both the manufacturer as well as our engineer have confirmed this.

I wish to note that Aovo is one of the most reliable scooters on the market and they undergo extensive quality checks. The Aovo scooter is also one of our best selling scooters and100% waterproof. It's entirely watertight, therefore the screws which seal the battery compartment are incredibly secure and is not possible for the screws to simply fall out the way you have confirmed they did.

Thank you for your feedback Hafij. I wish to note that we provided you with exceptional customer service from the initial stages even before your decision to purchase. We had explained to you, that the bike which you were looking for us to source for you, would be imported from our eu hub. We had explained at length what the delivery time would be and you had agreed that you were ok with this. Immediately after your initial purchase with us, you still had concerns due to your previous experiences with an online platform called Wish. Immediately after your order was placed with us, and before we proceeded with your order, we re-confirmed with you, to make sure that you were happy to proceed with the Eta timeframe. We even offered to provide you a full refund, if perhaps you had changed your mind. We provided you with a number of options, and you had agreed to proceed with the order under the agreed terms. Throughout the whole process in delivering this particular bike to you. We had communicated with you entirely from start to finish nearly every day, and we had answered all your questions, 9/10 these questions were answered within seconds. From the initial stages, we new you had your concerns and you were eager to receive your bike as soon as possible. We always strive to deliver on time and we certainly did our best to give you full reassurance that your bike would be delivered on time and within our agreed timeframe, in which you had excepted. Your tracking was made available to you and we explained in full the route which we took to make sure your bike was imported from the EU without any further delay at customs. We worked diligently on your order and we are sorry that you are not happy with the bike itself. Hi Ann-Marie thank you for your message. We are sorry to hear you not happy with your purchase which you made with us back in Nov of last year. At this time you had informed us that your sons scooter had broken. After we had received your correspondence, it was noted that this was due to accidental damage. I wish to confirm that there was only one scooter which was ordered from us. As your 1st scooter was less than 2 weeks old. We did agree to send you out a replacement scooter. We then received further notification from you 2 weeks later to say that your replacement scooter's fender had broken off. We did provide support with this as well, by ordering in a new fender for you under your manufacturer backed warranty. Since having received the replacement scooter from us back in January and us addressing the fender with a replacement. We have not received any further correspondence from you with regards to any other issues with the scooter. Should you wish for us to diagnose the scooter, you are welcome to send it into us, so that our engineer can address the issue - Best Regards - Scoot City
