I was so excited to read your reviews and see that I could return items that did not fit. I thought I had found the exact place to buy on line. I received my first order and two things did not fit and one thing was defective. I have tried four times to get a label and no one will reply to me.

Item still hasn’t shipped after a month
Waited a week for my purchase to ship. When I contacted the company about canceling the order because the item wasn’t going to come in time, they immediately “shipped” it. I’ve been waiting almost a month for the package to move from their facility. I couldn’t wear it for the intended purchase and no one got back to me about the cancellation.

Dear Elizabeth, I am so sorry for the frustration regarding your order color and the communication gap. I was very concerned to read your recent feedback on Trustpilot.
I want to sincerely apologize for the color error with your order. I also noticed you mentioned our customer service was non-existent; I have personally sent a few replies to your previous messages, and I’m worried they may have been filtered into your spam folder.
We are a small business that prides itself on service, and your satisfaction is my priority. Once we have resolved this to your satisfaction, would you be open to reconsidering or removing your review? It would mean a lot to our team as we work to improve.
Thank you for your patience.

Hi Customer, thank you for reaching out. We appreciate that you liked the style of the item! We want to clarify that we specialize in mid-range contemporary fashion, and while styles can often look similar to high-end designers, our pieces are original to the brands we carry. We never intend to mislead our customers. If the item isn't exactly what you were looking for, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange for another piece in our shop.

Chinese knock-off
This shirt is a Chinese knock-off of the shirt I thought I ordered. The material is cheaper and there are slight differences. I truly thought this was the actual shirt and did not realize it was a knock-off from the boutique website. The shirt was shipped from China and took a while to arrive.

Replacing my favorite dress
I have been looking for a dress similar to one I lost in a house fire. It was my favorite dress. I wore it all the time. Both these dresses are similar and I absolutely love them!
